Good local ISP. I had the 40mps plan and never had any problems. I only left because I got a better deal with fibre somewhere else but if that doesn't work out, I'll definitely consider returning to Kelcom.

ROTTEN SERVICE the same problem as it was before the down grade , the internet speed is to slow and it is now freezing and stopping just like it was in the past . A terrible level of operating speed i guess we get what we pay for!

Amazingly fast reply to query, quick scheduling and sending out engineer for assessment of adding new equipment. Currently have their telephone system at our church which works great and is less than what we were paying for a poor system before. Any internet problems with the cable, they jump immediately. Overall a great company that values their customers.

I have been with Kelcom for years and the only problems I have ever had is when the Cogeco lines are down. I have never had an issue with Kelcom service itself and I get exactly the speed I am paying for.

I have been with kelcom 5+years I have never had any problems at all. The people are super to deal with, never any service issues.My reason for leaving, I had an offer I couldn’t refuse
