I've been supporting the brand since they first started. I've never been dissapointed with the product I've purchased and still have and wear every article of clothing. I recently made the efforts to go and check out the shop in hopes of meeting the owners. The couple I met were in fact the owners and came across as super nice and genuine. In terms of the aesthetics of the shop, I have no complaints. Everything is clean, well organized and properly set up. In all, this sleek shop truly represents the brand as a whole and reinforces their desire to please.

I had a wonderful time stopping in for a few pieces and meeting Matteo. If you care about quality and locally made garments I highly recommend visiting Outclass.

I love their quality products! I got a shirt as a gift and I love it, feels very cool and stylish yet subtle! Their staff is really cool and helpful, a young man named Carter helped me and was very helpful and polite. He seems like the kind of man you could curl up with on a cold winter's night.

Outclass' slub t-shirts are the most comfortable t-shirts I have ever had. My belly is sensitive; I have had problems with many other stuff if I wear them for a long time, but Outclass' has never given it any trouble

Just stumbled upon their storefront on Roncesvalles and immediately feel in love with everything they had on display. Dug a little deeper, Canadian designed and made - can't beat the quality of the jacket I just bought. I will be coming back for years to come for staple pieces.

Top brand! Quality choice of fabrics & locally made while being very reasonable in pricing. Staff are incredibly helpful, Carter is a top lad. If you can't make it out to their incredible Roncesvalles location, id suggest stopping by Muddy George on Bloor. Glad to see Canadian made menswear set the standard like Outclass have done.

Got a sweater for my dad for Christmas from them on Black Friday. They sent me the wrong item. When I let them know they said I could keep the item and they could do a refund or I could choose a similarly priced item as the sweater in my dad’s size is out of stock. Problem is that they have no sweaters similar in price since the sweater I bought is a sale item. Now I have no gift for my dad and a top I don’t want. I also missed out on other Black Friday deals (meaning I could have got a sweater for him elsewhere on Black Friday). So now I have to find my dad a new gift elsewhere and pay full price since Black Friday is over, thanks to their error. Their response was just that they are sorry. I’ve had better customer service elsewhere where if a business totally screws up at least they give you a discount or something on your next purchase. Thanks for ruining Christmas Outclass. Beware of ordering from them! You might not get what you ordered and they are no help! Never shopping with them again.

Big fan of the work these guys do: locally made clothing at a good price. Very helpful customer service team as well. Have bought 10+ pieces from them over the past couple years.

High quality, made in Toronto / Canada clothing. Price points are a little high, but these are pieces you will have for a long time, and the sales are pretty good.The clothing is also unique and you won't find these clothes in every chain store.Support local industry.

I purchased four pairs of their cashmere socks for $55/each and all pairs have worn incredibly thin on the heels and sole within two wears. I also purchased gloves and the pattern used is very off, it is cut so that all fingers begin at the same level. Whose hands are like that? When I filled out the contact us form on the website no one got back to me. Style over substance and not priced to reflect true quality.
