Michael Abrams & his legal clerk, Natalie were amazing to work with.I had a refinance closing and it was a time sensitive matter. They closed this within a few days from initial contact, and the lender instructing them. We recently used Michael Abram’s services for the purchase of our new home in Ottawa. I am so happy my realtor recommended him to us because we had such a great experience. Michael and his assistant were very prompt at answering any of our questions and very good at explaining the steps of the sale to ensure everything went smoothly. Our lender gave us a bit of a run around towards the closing date and Michael was able to get all the paperwork in order on time despite the delays from the bank. This is the third lawyer I’ve used for a sale/ purchase of a home and By far the best experience. 10/10!!
