I appreciate Scrubbi and the cleaners that come in. These appointments have really helped me and my family. Everything feels organized and clutter-free!

We purchased a package for the year. Such a terrible decision. First, it is not a discounted price, especially considering the service is less than a light clean. They advertise for a deep clean. But do not give the cleaners enough time to clean and make it to the next appointment. Only providing excuses that the staff can ask for more time if needed but fail to manage that in the schedule. The staff are not trained. Green cleaning products are advertised but not always used. Regularly new people coming.They charged us $55 for an additional add-on for an oven clean. That they did not complete. Or offer a refund for the missed service. They are a non-refundable company. Instead offer a 24-hour clean guarantee, which means you have another stranger enter your house and do a basic level clean.The checklist they provide is never completed. The support team is unprofessional and makes useless promises. I would guess that they have few repeat clients. Don't make the same mistake of being stuck with a company for the next year that is unprofessional and disorganized. We've been taken advantage of. Having people we don't want in our homes with staff that doesn't want to be there. We wanted to save ourselves time by hiring a cleaning service to make our lives easier. It has just been uncomfortable and a giant waste of time and money. Worst company. Extremely disappointed.

Everything was fully cleaned to my standard. Its rare to get that right, so I was compelled to right a review. I found that Scrubbi really listened to what I wanted and the cleaning reflected that.

The cleaner (forgive me, I’m not sure how to spell her name) was wonderful. This was our first time booking a cleaning for our home and I was very impressed.

I wanted the cleaner to pay special attention to the floors and bathrooms. When I came home it looked amazing!! My floors were sparkling and my bathrooms were the cleanest they've ever been.

My experience with this company is too bad, first of all I booked one year monthly cleaning including one time deep cleaning for moving, they sent me just one cleaner who wasn’t professional at all he left the window, the blinds dirty and he left one bathroom without cleaning he wasn’t trained at all,When I asked for refund they refused and I am stuck with them for one year.One more thing when I gave my sister one appointment from mine they charged me from my credit card and I asked for refund which Will be received within a week. They also refused to remove my credit card number from my file.

Vicky did an excellent job. She really knows how to clean. We have had her for our last 3 appointments. Amazing work.

Scrubbi has been great so far. Really depends on which cleaner you get though, each visit.

Our cleaning lady was so amazing! Went above and beyond for us and we are so pleased with her work! She was friendly, on time, thorough and does amazing work!

Scrubbi has been such a good company. I hired them a while ago and they continue to impress me. Most recently I had to make a last minute request for the cleaner to come early. They were able to accommodate that change that way I was able to get to my medical appointment which I am very grateful for.
