Don't believe the sale" hype people! Make sure to check that the items you're buying are part of the sale! Had a very poor experience today and it has soured my opinion of my once-favourite clothing retailer. Non sale items are merchandised with items that are 60% off and the signage

Good for Men's clothes. Especially if you work outside and need clothing for harsh weather. Also a goof selectionnof jeans, shirts, and workbooks. Staff are gracious but not overly attentive.

Bought a pair of waterproof hiking shoes, 10 days later they are falling apart and no longer water proof. The store could not return the shoes.

Bought a pair of Dokota Work boots, same size I always buy and I was refused a return. The steel toe in the right boot is hurting my right toe, made me waste my time and money. I haven’t had any bad experiences at any other Mark’s. I’ve been buying my boots from them for years. I’m upset and left with boots that hurt my feet. I’ll try a different Marks tomorrow but don’t go here. Cashier was rude as well as Manager.

I’ve had a beyond upsetting interaction with the manager and assistant manager. They were very rude to me and both of them yelled at me for returning a tshirt with tags on, never work, within 16 days of purchase even though they policy is 30 days! And said we can only give you a gift card at current price of 50$ even though I had a receipt which showed I purchased it at 89! But we’re beyond rude, went to Langley marks and they gave me full refund and coupon for next time! Don’t go here!

Bought pants and shirts, Father's day 40% off alot of clothes. Selection in pants slim. 34 x 34 hard to find and large in shirts hard to find. Lady at till very nice and helpful.

Nice selection. Service was excellent. I went shopping with my mother and the clerk was more than patient and explained everything well. Would definitely shop there again.

Great selection of construction work wear and accessories. Boots, gloves, anything related to construction except for tools. Everything is a little pricey tho, but you get what you pay for, quality. 4*

Went to return a pair of work boots within the 100 day boot guarantee. The rubber sole was coming completely off the bottom of the shoe itself and the female manager had the audacity to tell me that it's normal wear and tear (even tho the other boot was completely fine.) A sole coming off a shoe that quick is a manufacturer defect. She also tried to say I might be over the 100 days (I wasn't, I counted) Then she was extremely smug and acted like she was doing me a favor. She said this time she would accept the return but in the future this would be considered normal wear and tear. A work boot falling apart in less then 3 months is not wear and tear!!! I like this location but will no longer be shopping here due to the managers attitude.

Runners, gloves, socks, hats, eye wear, ear plugs. and more.The staff members are very attentive to provide assistance to all their customers.The store is kept very clean and organized. FACE Mask is required.They are in compliance with the British Columbia health guidelines.Wheelchair accessible entrance.Wheelchair accessible parking in front.Plenty of parking available.Shop local.
