Jacky has been a pleasure to deal with from the minute I was referred to him. He had not only provided us with a full mortgage approval within 24hrs of the receipt of all our documents (even though we had a few exceptional circumstances to work with), but also kept us in the loop about every step of the process. He pushed back on the bank's rates offered 3 times, securing a rate c. 0.5-1% under other bank's rates. Once we closed he even contacted us to let us know about our prospective bank's offers, where we can save an extra $1500 bucks if we open a certain account and pay our mortgage from there. I can only recommend Jacky, he is fantastic. I will not hesitate to go back to him when buying our next property.

I decided to give TrueNorth a call when I was thinking about moving. They have a location close to my work and I knew their rates are very competitive. I was forwarded to Gurnik Singh who went ahead with qualifying myself for what I needed and, once I had an accepted offer, made sure everything was in place for subjects removal. At the very end, he provided a refund for all the appraisals that were required plus some more. I couldn’t be more happy with my choice and with the service provided by Gurnik.
