Jeff's Outdoor

Creeping Charlie was at a full gallop spreading across our backyard. After two seasons with Jeff's, we now have to search to find any.We also appreciate that Carl makes sure that no young grandchildren will be visiting with us during the active period of any weed control applications.

Jeff’s Outdoor is a wonderful lawn care service. All the employees that I’ve had contact with are very polite and courteous. They are timely and prompt with their services. After a year my scraggly lawn is showing much improvement! Thank you

This is the second time we have used Jeff's. First time was to rip out an existing 'no maintenance' front yard (that we inherited from our houses previous owner) and replace with sod. The guys did a great job and the new front lawn and garden tidy-up looks great! No more bushy overgrowth!! Yay ! We just recently had them back to rip out a bunch of raspberry bush and shrub overgrown in our backyard. They planed the area for seed afterwards and helped us gain back significant useful space in our backyard! Super happy. The crew both times were efficient and friendly and did their utmost to be leave things tippity-top upon completion. Would recommend for sure! (pictures of the front included are a year old...looks even better now with garden blooming!)

I got their Gold Package Lawn Care for the first time for the 2022 spring/summer/fall seasons. I could not be happier, it is now February 2023 and the grass that I see popping through the snow is still a luscious, deep green!The biggest thing I took away from the intial consultation and even the guy that came and did the work was this... you love your lawn - they love it more! You hate weeds - they DESPISE weeds! And they have the tools and materials to help with both! Oh, and they are pet friendly too!I just signed up for the coming 2023 season, and am happy to highly recommend Jeff's Outdoor.

We have always had an excellent experience with Jeff’s. Both times our work was completed ahead of schedule. Brandon and Ralph, our landscapers today, were courteous and explained everything. They obviously take great pride in their work. They gave good advice regarding another job that we need done. We would highly recommend Jeff’s.

We recently finished a landscape job with Jeff’s this fall and I was extremely satisfied with the overall result. I worked with their team from the initial design to completion. I was initially reluctant to pay the up front design fee but in retrospect it was money well spent given the number of redesigns and work involved that was included in the initial fee. This gave us a solid roadmap of the scope of work which we referred back to on a number of occasions. The result was an amazing fire pit and some additional patio space, gardens etc… We did have some bumps along the way and in most cases it was beyond their control. The main takeaway is that the owner Jeff and his managers were accountable for everything and made sure we were 100% satisfied. The landscape team was very professional and made time to communicate with us along the way. I will definitely use them again for our next job.

When Syd came to give us an estimate on our lawn care I found him to be a very knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. Our decision to go with Jeff's Outdoor had a lot to do with the way this young man presented himself. When Anthony came by to spray the yard he was just as knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. Cannot wait to see a change in my lawn.

This was my first experience with Jeff's Outdoor, and there isn't anything negative I can say. I am extremely pleased with the final results on our front yard re-do. They did such an amazing job. Both our consultant and the landscape team were wonderful to work with. I have already referred them to an employee and am looking forward to sharing the photos. Plus we will be working with them more next year on a backyard transformation. Thanks so much for the great work!!

The most honest Review: I have used Jeff's for many years completing major backyard project over several years. Their quality of care and craftsmanship has deteriorated. I will post the pics of their earlier high quality work and their more recent inferior work. I recently hired them for some lawn care they cut off my in garden lighting, tossed away and never said a word. They did offer to replace lighting but i had no say in the lights selected and they refused installation. After some inspection and countless dollars spent i discovered the bamboo plants they planted were not contained properly and are now invading and lifting all the expensive pavers. All the work must be redone their response is unprofessional, you can see in the pictures all the missing pins in the edging. Save the money and headaches and choose a small company that cares. I do believe there was a time that the inferior work was completed when they had a change over in staff and that is why the quality faltered...the issue I have is that it seems to be my problem not theirs. They do not back their workmanship the care is not the same. I reached out to the owner to come view the damage but no response. Every year they return for repairs at my expense for the same problem. Do your research and shop around before committing to this company, Higher cost does not equal higher quality or customer care. Sadly disappointed how downhill they have gone, the business owner started with us as our project manager 8 years ago an 8 year relationship soured.
