Before placing an order be sure to look elsewhere first unless you like paying 15% - 35% higher from the publicly posted price of the manufacturer that makes the item your buying. You'd think they'd just refund the difference and adjust their price moving forward to stay competitive but nope, they want me to ship it back at my expense for refund so it can sit on a shelf for the next 20 years and collect dust in a warehouse because nobody wants to buy things 35% higher than they have to. Add this to the reviews I see and you'll know that this place has poor business practices.

Once they have your home address they send you massive paper catalogs way too frequently. Huge waste of paper and terrible for the environment as most of their items are for corporations - not individuals and their household. Very disappointed in this practice.

Love ordering from Uline their delivery times are amazing. Those catalogues those are horrible. SO sick of getting them week after week and throwing them in the recycling. We look up everything online. Save the trees!

So I just left this facility and these guys deserve 10 star review. Personnel is so polite and helpful their costumer support is so efficient that 5 star isn't good enough to rate them.It's nice and clean well organized place. My first impression was like I was at some warehouse in Germany or in Austria. They're so organized It's amazing.

Be sure to stay on their good side. I asked for changes to a quote a few times, I guess one to many? Then they got upset and stopped sending any quotes. Horrible customer service.Don't get locked into uline equipment and stuck restocking with these people.

Super convenient and easy to get to from Route 216. The staff filled our order quickly and efficiently. The warehouse is neat and tidy. The doors easy to back up to for loading.

Uline is my one-stop shop for all supplies. The call centre in US is super fast and friendly. The Edmonton warehouse is brand new facility and very convenient to get there. The staff is very helpful and efficient. Nick, the front desk guy is very nice!
