10/10 recommend! I ended up having to come for three different appointments, I fell in love with so many dresses here and had a hard time choosing. Each one unique and beautiful and well made. I knew I wanted a dress from here from my first appointment. The atmosphere, the quality of the dresses, Tatiana and Natalia all made a HUGE difference from any other bridal shop I had been to. I had so many questions and things I was unsure on that they helped me answer and make me feel confident and beautiful on my choices. Thank you Luxx Nova!

My friends and I had a pretty disappointing experience at this shop. We drove up from Seattle for the day just for this appointment. I wanted to come here because they carry the designers I loved at the last shop I went to in Portugal. However, the customer service experience here was incredibly lacking in comparison. It was pouring rain outside and we were a few minutes early, but we knocked to hopefully get inside and dry. The sales lady opened the door and rudely said, “You’re early.” Once we sat down, she asked me to tell her what kind of dress I was looking for. After telling her, I assumed she would advise on some dresses to try, but she told me to walk around and pick them myself. I made it clear I didn’t want to, and wanted her help, but she didn’t care. When we had 10 minutes left I asked to see what a dress would like like with an added skirt, and she sighed while saying we were running out of time. She also never offered us water, and hardly smiled the entire time. For such an emotional/exciting experience, she sure sucked the fun out of it. But, we tried to enjoy ourselves as best we could!

I had an excellent experience with Natalia and luxx nova! They have a great selection of dresses - I was looking for something a bit more interesting than what I saw in other stores and they had lots of really beautiful options. The process was smooth from the first appointment to pick up, Natalia was helpful and communicative throughout, and the dress is exactly what I ordered. I would highly recommend this shop, especially for anyone who is looking for something a bit unique or different!

I found my wedding dress after booking my first ever VIP Appointment with Madysen and Natalia at Luxx. I chose Luxx because of it's unique dress selections and it did not disappoint! I came with a crew of my friends and my mom and they made us all feel welcome. I had such a fun experience and wish I could do it all over again! Great selection of unique designs and high quality dresses and Madysen made it such a FUN experience. Definitely check them out!

Tatiana was very kind, knowledgable, and helpful through the process of picking and ordering my dress. At the beginning of the appointment I had picked out a couple of dresses to try on that were beautiful but weren't quite right for me, and then Tatiana suggested another one for me to try and it was perfect!! I chose it immediately without hesitation!I also had to make a customization to the dress and I was a bit worried because I wouldn't be able to see pictures of it as it was being made, but turns out I was worried for nothing because the customization came out perfectly and was exactly what I asked for!In addition to the amazing customer service, Luxx Nova has the most unique and beautiful wedding dresses I've seen. I also love that they only allow one customer in the store at a time to provide you a personal and intimate experience!Their new location is very lovely and spacious as well. I highly recommend Luxx Nova!

I was really nervous to shop for wedding dresses but the staff at Luxx Nova made me feel so comfortable. They were attentive and let me try on whatever I thought looked interesting. I also loved that they made suggestions based on what both my partner and I were liking and that they were so supportive once I felt comfortable in a dress! I just picked up my gown and could not be happier. An incredible experience start to finish <3 Thank you Luxx Nova!

Went dress shopping(last minute) and tried on some dresses last Saturday. The first one I tried on I knew it was the one and the ladies there were so amazing and tried to get me to be comfortable and try other things on to be sure. They made me feel very comfortable, respected and understood in my mission for “the one”. It was a special moment and intimate in the shop it was really nice- side note they were very patient with me as I do not have a huge attention span for details but they made sure I knew what was going on.
