IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE STAR I WOULD!!!!Dangerously incomplete install… WE WERE TOLD IT WAS GOOD TO GO PICK UP TRAILER! Being newbies to the fifth wheel world we trusted them after paying a fairly pricy bill that the job was complete , LIKE THEY INFORMED US IT WAS!!!! WELL IT WASN’T !! The fifth wheel fell off the rails at a light after driving the hwy for 2 hrs, the tailgate on my new truck is mangled and the cab is dented ALL THANKS TO THE INCOMPLETE JOB “WE PAID FOR”!!!Poor attitudes , poor service when they were called on there ERROR they said it’s not their problem!!! I told them I was going to speak to a lawyer , he replied quote” If your going to see a lawyer that’s up to you, However I would strongly think about that !!!!BAD BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE… to the point of almost being a threat!!!!Yes I have saved all of the text messages with their ignorance!!!!!*** AFTER SPEAKING TO OTHERS , SEEMS THAT THIS KINDA THING HAS HAPPENED IN THE PAST AND PEOPLE HAVE LOST THEIR TRAILERS OR VERY EXTENSIVE DAMAGE AS WELL AS INCOMPLETE REPAIRS!!!!

Not even worth one star. We had terrible service when we bought our trailer 2 yrs ago. Warranty was way over priced. Brought it back for service (leaking awning, smoking converter and bent sway bar) awning still leaks and a service guy verbally assaulted my husband and was swearing at us. 2 yrs later and I find out my trailer isn't even up to Canadian codes and the seals are all coming apart and collecting water. I will never give this place my business again and everyone should all think twice before wasting money at Woody's. Now I have an unsafe lawn ornament.

Purchased a Mercury 30hp from Cory.Couldn't be happier, knowing what I wanted I completed this transaction over the phone but needed some unique help with pick up arrangements for timing and loading. Cory was more than helpful and went out of his way to make sure everything from price to timing was fair.Very Happy with the new motor and the service from Woody's.Thanks

Excellent customer service. Cindy has all the patience in the world - we flip flopped many times and she always helped us out. Totally recommend their inventory quality, choice and price!

I brought my class c in to have the propane tank inspected. A 3 week job turned into 2 months. Employees always seemed to call in sick. They gave me the impression they would do the inspection but it turned out they farmed out the work. They just repaired the tank. Seems to me there is no commitment to timely service so take my business elsewhere now.

Terrible, avoid this place at all costs...A female employee in charge wrote an estimate for a boat and trailer, but when we purchased she had quoted an incorrect trailer for the boat.Now she /they want us to pay the company another two thousand dollars to get the proper trailer, or we would have to accept a two pontoon trailer that does not fit the three pontoon boat she sold us. I wonder if it was a mistake on the quote or a move to get us to buy. In any case we are very upset with this deal. We are bringing held captive until the proper trailer arrives, it has been about six weeks now. They will not give it to us unless we pay them. The boat is in the water (they delivered it) but we can not take it out to use it somewhere else or clean it. What an awful experience. They told us we can not return it when we asked about a week after we got it.

Bought a new Forest River trailer in BC. Developed some problems on our cross country journey and Corey and his team did a fantastic and timely job sorting them all out.Warranty work done during the busy season to get us on the road.And we didn't even buy it from them.Outstanding service, knowledgeable and trustworthy staff.Highly recommended.

Was travelling from Alberta to Nova Scotia the may long weekend and had RV troubles. The staff were super friendly and helped us get back on the road in no time and was cost friendly. The staff even called a service technician in to help us . Would definitely recommend.ThanksLawrence and Natalie

They were knowledgeable, honest and gave us excellent service from our initial impromptu visit to look at boats to the purchase, financing, service work for the new trolling motor and final delivery to our camp. Travelling across Canada in my tiny house on wheels and my propane fridge stopped working. I tried multiple places but nobody could help me. Woody’s trailer World answered the call and told me to come right away. They prioritize people/families on the road with emergencies regarding their RVs and they fixed our fridge super quickly. They ordered the part and it was here the next day. The people there are so nice, I am eternally grateful to have stumbled upon such a warm and professional team.
