We have been a customer of Franks for about 2 years now and despite some rough times we have been able to pay off several items that we have bought. We may not always been on time for our payments or be able to make full payments but Frank never judges us or makes us feel less then a valued customer. He has been outstanding as a manager and is the first person to ask what can I do to help you out" He even goes out of his way at time just to check in with us just to make sure all is well. I can honestly say that he made the right choice when he became a manager. And if he left this store we would follow. We don't want to work with anyone else."

Hi i just eanted to say Frank and his team is amazing. I love going to this easy home cause the deals I get are out of this world. No other easy home will do that.. Frank is so polite and he will go out of his way to make you happy and give you amazing deals.. Frank keep up the great work you do. This also goes out to your team.. I prefer to deal with frank, I like that he's a no BS kind of person. Be good and honest with him and he's the same in return.

Went to the fennel location, Julia was extremely helpful and answered all my questions and concerns I had. Highly recommend !

With covid and some unforeseen matters that came up I called Frank and we ready to send back everything that we had with easyhome. After talking with Frank he worked out a payment plan we could live with and keep our items that we had purchased. None of the other managers that have been at this location have ever offered to help us out if things got tough they just wanted to pick up our items. I have been a customer of Easyhome Fennell for many years and have never had the kind of service that I have now with Frank and staff. Thank you for all you do Frank. I would recommend your location to any one that is looking for furniture, electronics,etc.

The customer service representative are always very kind and polite when I talked to them on the phone or coming to the store.

Frank and I got off on the wrong foot and had a bit of issues, but between him and Sarah, they have resolved the issues and I am very happy with my products! Frank has even gone out of his way to call me to make sure my products are working great! Sarah has gone out of her way to deliver a product when it could have waited!

Wonderful staff, Frank is super nice to work with. It’s nice when you can call and laugh about the lockdown with someone. Quick service, always friendly and great selections to choose from. Delivery is easy and quick. No hassle service, which I think is awesome. If anyone asks I send them to the fennel location. Keep doing what your doing guys, dealing with you is awesome

Great customer service, Frank went over and above with his service. He help me get realistic prices and was able to deliver the same day within a matter of hours. Very happy with the product and service I've received this boxing day.

Frank and his staff have been amazing, and very accommodating.They have always ensured that I have what I needed, and made sure I'm always happy with my purchases.They most definitely go above and beyond.Today for instance, Frank delivered an entire bedroom set and mattress to my home, by himself to make sure that I had it.I've always been pleased with the help and service I receive from this location, and would recommend them 100%!
