My wife and I stopped by there tonight to pick up something for our new puppy. We were treated like visiting royalty. The girls working there were helpful and informed. Maybe they work on commission.Either way our puppy was sure happy with what we brought home.

Went there an hour before closing soon as we walked in we were immediately greeted by two wonderful ladies we brought both of our kittens to shop for a few things for the newest one and was helped and even taught a few things

I bought a mat for my kitten and before buying I was suspicious about the its comfort. The sale staff told me try it and you can return it within 30 days if you think your kitten is not OK with it. I tried it and wanted to return it in 3 days but they refuse to accept return. The item was completely like new without any problem but without the tag. In pet value website, return policy section, it was mentioned that if your item does not have tag, you can get a gift card, but the staff(Sarah) told me that she does not know the policy and cannot accept return! How it is possible that a staff does not know a policy of company working in. I put that mat in the garbage and will not shop from that store for rest of my life. This was my first return after a year buying from that store.

I am new to this place. Overall, quite satisfied at this point. They have good products and are happy to assist you.

I had a great customer service from shakeel I believe her name was. I was looking for some oil to help my kitty with her joint pain and She steered me in the right direction thanks it was Super helpful.

I think the person working might have been having a rough shift, so that should be taken into consideration here. The store was well stocked, clean, and organised, but the person working was, I have to say, quite unfriendly with us. People have bad days, and bad moments, and I really think (and hope) that we just caught this person at the wrong time - but the experience was pronounced enough for us that I'm leaving this review so others can maybe be extra nice to the folks who work here; it only takes a moment to make someone's day.

I had a very good experience there with help for a leash for my dachshunds. The girl was excellent. Should have gotten her name. The split leash is fantastic. It's no longer like walking drunk toddlers.

Very nice staff. Our dog is very shy and they trimmed her nails and groomed her and she looked so great after. I believe dogs smile bigger after because they feel so good and our girl sure did. We will be going there again.
