There are numerous reasons Andrew, Nick and their team have developed such an outstanding reputation, but the two biggest for me are quality and service.During a difficult transition in life, building a home with Halcyon was one of the easiest and stress free projects I've ever been a part of. While it was my first new home build, I had heard many horror stories from friends and family and I was certainly anxious about my decision.That anxiety was basically eliminated from the very first selections meeting with Andrew, Monique, and Hayley and it was smooth sailing from there on. I can't describe the level of comfort I had with them guiding me through the process...not to mention their patience with my tendencies for over analysis and particular mindset:)The communication, supported by tools such as the mobile app with the schedules and milestones easily referenced, was second to none.As the home progressed, the excitement and comfort was continued to be supported by the excellent team and group of contractors they have built. Where do I even begin to explain what Halcyon has done for our family?!. While building our dream home, they went above and beyondIn helping with creating exactly what we envisioned! Andrew, Nick, Monique, Hayley and Patrick were so wonderful to work with through the process. Always taking time out of their day to answer any questions we had. Not too mention being so patient and kind during our decision making. This was our first build and we had the utmost pleasant experience. Monique was such a gem when it came to helping with creating the spaces our family will enjoy for many years. It was such a relief having her around to help with ideas and putting the design together. Took a lot of stress off my plate with the interior design of it all. I recently moved in my beautiful Halcyon home. I’ve owned many new homes in my lifetime but I will say that this home has surpassed the quality of all my previous ones. Our family has gone through very difficult times since 2020. I was lead to move from our previous family home to embark on the process of building a new home in Talbotville. We recently moved in to our new home built by Halcyon homes. We had an amazing experience right from the start until completion. They are very responsive, communicate well, play close attention to detail and are just over all professionals. We highly recommend Halcyon and would definitely choose them again to build us a home but honestly don't think we'll ever move again as we love our house so much!!! Our experience with Halcyon Homes was beyond what my husband and I expected, from start to finish this was by far the easiest and most satisfying experience. As new parents building our first family home was an experience we could not wait for, Halcyon guided us the whole way, from designing our home, to the endless top quality selections. We were very surprised at Halcyons standards, there were not many areas that we felt we needed to upgrade as the standards were more than up to ours. There is an App that was provided called Buildertrend and it allowed us to follow along as they built our home, with updated pictures showing us the process and current stages that the project is in. I 100% would recommend first time home buyers looking to build their first home, as I know this process can be scary, Halcyon made it super easy and fun.Thanks to the whole Halcyon team! You guys are absolutely amazing!!
