I did not have a very goo experience Ascent.I had a task that required immediate attention, at first they were very attentive, but somehow my file seemed to get lost or forgotten. I sent emails and called several times to follow up on my case but I seemed to have chosen a bad time (covid) to be working with the firm. I finally received a draft for my case that really failed to meet my expectations. It was hard to believe that a lawyer had looked at or taken my situation seriously. They even asked me for the address of the employee that was very clearly on the employment contract that I don't believe they even took the time to read. After some discussion with the owners I was refunded and told that if there was a possibility for Ascent to rectify the situation in the future they would be happy to do so.My situation with the initial case evolved so I reached back out to Ascent to see if they would pick it back up, But i was told that they didn't wish to work with me.
