We had someone working on our house and they completely abandoned the project and stopped responding to messages. The guys at Coda came through for us in a big way. They showed up on time like they said they would and came every day until the job was done. The price was reasonable considering they had to completely strip the house of siding and undo all the previous work from the cowboy. They just left and now our siding and flashing is finally complete! The guys also tidied up at the end of each day which I found very professional. We will be calling them on the next project for sure!

Hired Coda Exteriors to redo our entire roof. They have great customer service, they were fast and efficient.. Thoroughly handled everything from start to finish including cleanup. I would highly recommend them.

I did not use this service but a team was working just a few houses down from mine and one day part of the crew went to get more materials and me, my grandmother, and my 7 month old were sitting on our front step; our neighbour's child was being dropped off from school so their truck was waiting behind the bus and my son started making funny/loud baby noises and the men in the truck started joking with my son even though he obviously couldn't understand. I thought this was very funny and kind and wanted to say I think they did a great job on the roof of the neighbour's house as well. Thank you for being kind to my son :)

Put a metal roof, soffit and facia on our house. They gave us a great price and were very professional. Would definitely recommend. Thank you very much coda!!!

The team at Coda Exteriors were a pleasure to work with. Very responsive by both phone and email, arrived on time, and did a wonderful job installing our shingles. The crew were very professional and polite, they cleaned up after themselves each day, and did a meticulous job around all of the difficult areas of our roof. They were priced competitively and their installation cost matched their quote with no over-runs. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others and will definitely use them again in the future if the need arises!

The team with Steve from Coda Exteriors repaired a leaking issue from my roof where roof singles meet the sidings of higher structure of my house.The previous owner or his contractor laid 3 layers of flashing somehow over this area as the team figured out. Also they found a cause of leak from there today and fixed it.The team was very nice and kind for every steps of communication and works.I initially had a problem to find a contractor because big companies did not want to come and check for small work like I have because they don't make enough profit from it. (a company told me they will not go to check problems if it is not over $5,000 estimate) But Steve from Coda Exteriors was willing to come and check my house and advised possible issues in the very first meeting. And after that we arranged the best time for fixing my roof.I really appreciate their work and their professional skills to find and fix the root cause of my roof. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors. Also I will hire them again in the future if I need.

Excellent service, great communication; Chris and Steve from start to finish made this an easy and flawless experience. Very knowledgeable and efficient at what they do. Rainy weather the week they installed my soffits and facia, Chris was in constant contact me daily with updates on when they would return and how much progress was being made.

Last fall (2020) Coda Exteriors replaced the roof on my house. Not an easy job as I have an addition on my house that is a flat roof. I cant say enough great things about this company!!! very professional, fantastic communication and A++ quality work! All the men on the job site were polite, respectful, and efficient! if you are looking for a local company, a great price and quality work, these guys are the ones to call!! They were on time or would communicate if they weren't (raining), and cleaned up... you wouldn't even know they were there! Chris even followed up to make sure everything was taken care of and I was happy. Not many companies out there that treat you like family still....Highly recommend!

They installed a metal roof in a very professional and respectful manner. There were delays that were out of everyone's control. They kept me up to date at all times which I really appreciated. It made me feel that my project was important to them. As it took longer to start then anticipated they gave me the option to go another company. I felt as they were so considerate that I would stay with them. I am very pleased I did. I have had neighbors comment how good the completed job looks. It was just on time as we had very strong winds on the day of completion. They cleaned up the yard every day and made sure there was no garbage left behind on my property and the neighbors. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you guys for a job well done.
