This was my first time seeing a nutritionist. Leah came up with a plan of action for me after reviewing all of my medical records very carefully and interviewing me at length. I never though I could lose weight, but with her guidance I was able to loose some pounds. She’s kind , patient and very professional. Without My Gut Health and Leah, I don't know where I would be today. I learned that I have a health issue on the verge of becoming a real and permanent problem and learned that it was reversible with the right nutrition. Leah is very knowledgeable when it comes to the most nutritious way to eat, the effects nutrition has on your body and how best to approach finding your path to a healthy gut and body.
