The warmest church, listening to pastor Jim's preaching here, I was baptized here, enlightened in a peaceful atmosphere, this is the most peaceful moment for my mind and heart every week!Jesus said:”Here I am! I stand at the door and knock.If anyone hears My Voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with them, and they with me.”(Revelation 3:20)

I've been with Home Church for over 20 years. Why? Because it truly welcomes you and makes you feel at home.You are not just a member, you become part of a family. You are greeted when you are present and you are missed when you are not. You are accepted as you are and not judged.The sermons are contemporary and relevant to today's world and are built on solid Scripture.Can't think of a place I'd rather be on Sunday morning.

My family and I are blessed to have found Home Church. We feel included and loved, and there are a lot of kind and lovely people in there. And my kids love Sunday school and Pastor Jim's short sessions with kids.

I have been attending Home Church Langley for about 12 years now and really feel the people here are my family! The pastor preaches and teaches line by line right from the Word of God. I didn’t give 5 stars only because there’s no such thing as a perfect church, but I won’t be leaving this one!

I have appreciated Home Church since I've been attending. From the variety of worship to Pastor Jim's teaching and kindness to me. It is really nice to have community time before the message. There are lots of opportunities for spiritual growth. One of the worship team leaders has reached out to me and I am thankful for her encouragement and interest in my music. I feel comfortable and accepted at Home Church and would definitely recommend it to any seeker or prodigal who is looking for a warm welcome and a way to connect with believers.

I have been attending Home Church Langley since 2010. After searching for a place to hang my 'spiritual' hat I was finding that like Goldilocks, some churches were too big, and some were too small.I discovered Home Church Langley after driving by Nicomekl School on a Sunday and thought it was a school festival, but I reasoned that it was summer and it was a Sunday so I circled the block and discovered that it was an outdoor church service. I decided to visit the following Sunday.The next week the service had moved back into the school gym. I made my way into the school by a side door and slipped in unnoticed, or so I thought. I hadn't sat down for 5 minutes and a tall man in a Hawaiian shirt approached me to welcome me to HOME CHURCH.The man in the Hawaiian shirt turned out to be Pastor Jim. A moment earlier, some others had come over to my seat to greet me and invite me to have a cup of coffee. I could even bring the coffee to my seat. I was really encouraged by both the friendliness of the congregation and the coffee that was really good.When the service started I was incredibly impressed by the quality of the music. It was contemporary but still held ancient truths contained in the Bible.Next came something called Community Time. Halfway through the service, the entire congregation takes a break. They go into the community room to have snacks, coffee and tea. No fakes or phoneys here and everyone was friendly and made an effort to make me feel right at home.Once the 15 minute break was over, everyone went back into the sanctuary and the teaching began. I was very appreciative of the down to earth presentation of the Bible's fundamental truths presented in a lively discourse.I have been attending since that first visit and the church continues to grow with innovative approaches to practical Christianity. Home Church Langley in my opinion is something every church should be: A praying family. Prayer is a very important component of HCL.What more can I say about where I hang my spiritual hat? The music is great, the people are compassionate, and the teaching is sound. So in closing, once I got home from the service, this was my response to my husband's, question. Though he doesn't attend church, he knew of my search. Well

I’ve been going to Home Church Langley about 15 years already. I loved the worship you feel the presence of God all over the sanctuary. I also loved the word of God that the pastor preach. They also have a great classes for the kids, and toddlers.Home Church is very Welcoming with warm and friendly members. I appreciate how passionate the pastors are about sharing the love of Jesus not only through their sermons but through their actions.
