Reflex Medical Centre

I went to this clinic today as I was having a flu and was hoping to meet the doctor to get some antibiotics. There was nobody at the reception.But there was this person at the pharmacy who gave me a mean stare without saying anything. After a minute or two I asked him if anyone is here. He asked me what I want, to which I replied that I want to see the doctor. He just said that the medical clinic is not open without even looking at me. Dont know why Google indicates that the clinic is open on saturdays untill 5pm. I was there before 5om.MEAN NEGATIVE VIBES OVERALL FROM THIS PHARMACIST GUY. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE AGAIN EVEN IF THE DOCTOR IS GOOD. WHEN SOMEONE IS UNWELL THIS KIND OF NEGATIVE VIBE REALLY HURTS EVEN MORE.

Thanks to the pharmacist named Tarek , I could finally get my son’s medicine which I couldn’t find in any pharmacies nearby. He kindly and professionally consulted us and made the medicine in less than an hour! Thank you so much Tarek!

The doctor is very good, experienced, and takes time to explain your health situation. I saw Dr. Akinsete as a walk-in doctor back in 2018. Once I had sprained my ankle, he wasn't taking patients at the time I arrived but he agreed to stay and see me. He was thorough, sent me for xrays and wanted to see me for a follow up. He wasn't even my family doctor and he still wanted to see me again. I was beyond grateful. My husband and I had bronchitis later that year and he saw us both and did a very thorough exam. Fast forward to 2023, my husband needed a new family doctor. I inquired if Dr. Akinsete was accepting new patients and luckily he was able to see my husband the following week for an assessment. He was again so thorough and sent my husband for tests his previous doctor never even thought of. He took his time and really listened to my husband's concerns. When I read these reviews about people complaining about wait times I think its nuts! Since when do you not have to wait for a doctor?? Wouldn't you rather wait for a good doctor who will actually help you as opposed to a doctor who already has one foot out the door when you see them? I am very grateful for Dr. Akinsete and his friendly staff. I feel my husband will be well taken care of. Thank you
