Sutcliffe Fred Jr Septic Tanks Pumped

I was very impressed with the courteous lady on the phone. She was great. Not every day do you find someone who has an attitude like hers. The gentleman who came to do the pumping was excellent also. He answered all my questions and did a great job. I know they will get my future business and I will be recommending them to my friends.

I had used Smiths in the past but after 4 phone calls and no return call I tried other companies. Sutcliffe provided a quote in less than a minute, had spots available that week. They came right on time was fast and did an awesome job. I will never go to another company again. Amazing company!

We bought a house with conditions that the septic be inspected. The inspection ended up being done by Sutcliffe’s and they passed a septic system as being without issue while there is a massive unsealed opening in the top of the septic lid that has an elbow pipe bending down into said massive unsealed hole. This was verified by a plumbing company and other contractors who had to work on an issue that arose as soon as we took over the home.There was never any indication or notes of this problem being present and was never disclosed to us. Based on information we received, the previous owners of the house were “friends” with the company which makes sense as to why it passed. We are still trying to figure this out with our lawyer. All around a shady situation.

If you are in the area I cannot recommend this company enough! They are extremely accommodating and you won't find a better price. Casey is awesome and always does an amazing job.
