Although Delta Zenic did not insulate our attic, the owner gave me helpful and practical advice for obtaining a minor small amount of insulation to insulate a small void in our house. It was appreciated.

Quick turnaround and very effective 3-person crew to come in and insulate attic to R50 in challenging old house flat-roof situation (the previous house owner's attic blow-in insulation contractor only covered about 40% of the attic surface area!) Zenic was in and out in under an hour and left the house cleaner than it was they got there. Thanks.

Previously we had another insulation company come in to look inside our attic to quote the work for us and said they had to cut a hole in the roof for the bathroom vent to attach the hose to the fan and other things. We wanted a second opinion and looked at other companies. In the end, we chose Zenic and we were glad we did. It turns out, there was already a bathroom vent installed for that bathroom and all was needed was to attach it with a hose and the other end to the fan. Zenic was fair in the cost and only charged the work that was needed. So I knew he was trustworthy and could recommend his services to others. The insulation and other work was very well done including the cleanup. Thank you again for the great job!

We had an an issue with some condensation spots appearing on our kitchen ceiling and 2 rooms as well. Found out about Zenic and also read amazing reviews. Zenic is really amazing, outstanding and expert at what he does. Team of two came in and gave us an idea that we had next to nothing left as insulation in our attic. They setup quickly, done their job professionally, cleaned up after themselves like they were not even here. All done pretty quickly with hour and half.
