Walked into the dealership out of the blue to look at a vehicle. The next day after talking to the finance manager I was approved at the best interest rate out of the two other dealerships i submitted credit applications at and the day after I was in a new car with 0 hassle.Great team to deal with!

Do not recommend this company. I purchased my 2nd vehicle from them January 21st, 2023 and wishing I never did! They gave me the run around for a month, A MONTH TO GET A NEW CAR! The day I got it there was something wrong with it, was told it was just snow in my tire, turns out it was a loose wheel bearing. Took it back to the dealership to get fixed, few days later was having issues with it AGAIN. I took it to a different garage to see what the issues were and there was so many problems, problems they were suppose to fix and never did. I told them I wanted a new car because this car had too many problems, and was told I had to wait 6 months by Brett Martin.

Got a 2015 Mazda 3. As I was buying my first car, I had a lot of mixed feelings and confusions. Lucas from Atlantic Mazda helped me to choose the right car for me and gave me a pretty good deal. Lucas is absolutely amazing and one of the most hardworking men I have ever met. He always replied my text messages on time and gave me all the right information about the car. From the beginning till the end, I had a great experience and zero stress. All I can say is that I am grateful to him and his team for helping me out and give me a good deal.

Editing due to a recent scenario that was worth noting.I had my car towed in this morning for a major issue.In the repair quote, they listed a $1000 repair amongst others.When it came down to it, instead of taking advantage of a customer in a very easy way, they told me they weren't doing it because they don't believe it's a real problem. And instead, to drive the car for a couple of weeks and take it back in so they can re-check it and confirm there's no issue.They fixed the confirmed problem and helped me save money.That level of honesty and integrity is worth the money spent.Thanks guys.Original review:Look, no company is perfect.But I have to say that in 23 years of driving, Atlantic Mazda has given me the best service I could ask for. They are fair, reasonable, and most importantly they're people like you and me.I got my Mazda second hand from a different dealership, but went to them for service from day 1.Its good enough that my wife and I will buy our next car from them.Hell. They even courtesy washed my cars exterior.

Paul and his colleague John(i think) were absolutely great. Although I didn't end up buying, dueing my visit they made me feel very comfortable and were very detailed and patient in their approach. I would highly recommend this business especially since such great gentlemen work here.

ZERO STAR IF POSSIBLEIt is like a spam or a fraud to me ! I headed to the sales guy to buy a car during a hard winter time in Moncton , having three little angels ( kids) snowing alot! I asked him clearly , I would like to get a good safe car as I have three kids and a woman alone in Canada! I had a CX9 and guess what ! No WINTERS TIRES on it ! No transparency on that ! alignment and wheel balance not appropriate plus the brakes doesn’t work properly and it is almost new used car just 16000KM!! The price of the car 50,000 CAD added an extended warranty of 2000 CAD( they wanna do extra sale ) but don’t care about the customers at all !!!! Just take their money and the commission and that’s !! One week and I had a horrible accident , never did accident in my life ! And it was my first ! Tried to push and press on the brakes not working and it was snowing so had the accident with snow removal truck which was going to lead to the death of my kids!!! Went back to them and the sales man was so unhelpful and rude ! No respect ! He was telling me I have nothing to do for you !! Shall I give you my car in a sarcastic way!The financial manager who sold me the extended warranty disappeared as he left the company !!so awful and I don’t recommend Mazda as a car it is over priced and very cheap quality also plus the very bad attitude and poor customer service prior and after sales !!

Worst company I have ever dealt with. The service manager is unprofessional, likes to up charge woman for their service and his department likes to treat people with such disrespect and horrible class. Will never be using this company for anything, they are the most disgusting and vile people I have dealt with. This is absolutely disgusting to listen to how you deal with your customers. Overcharging, not helping with a rental, not helping her understand her insurance that you forced her to buy.

Purchased a new CX30 Gt turbo July 2022. Paul Steeves was our salesman and was awesome. Kept us informed on the delivery date of our vehicle and answered any questions we had. Demonstrated all the features and got us set up on the connected services app. Introduced us to the management team and service department. Have only used the service department once so far for winter tires and had no issues. One thing I was really impressed with is the text message you receive with video showing you what they have done and any issues you have. Love my new Mazda!

Always 5 star service from the team at Atlantic Mazda. Jeremie and Pierre always go above and beyond to make it a great experience and the the new video service updates area a bonus. I don't trust my car to anyone except Mike and his technicians.
