Not recommended for the following three reasons:1. The coffee is so diluted like water- the worst tasted latte I’ve ever ordered in shops2. The food needs to be heated to taste ok ish- may not be fresh3. The staffs working there do not seem to be happy or enjoying the job that they are doing.

Love it, so chill and great value. Simple food done well at a really good price. And they have an excellent selection of tea fogs as well. Great spot for an afternoon snack or light lunch

It's a nice place to sit down, have a cup of coffee and spend a lazy afternoon in Banff. The good thing is it is one of the very few places where you actually can have a double espresso shot in small sized drinks like cappuccino. Unlike the other stores where you have to order the large sized drinks to get double espresso shot or pay extra to have the added shot. The staff is extremely nice. They have pastries as well. They have both indoor and outdoor seating arrangements. The bad thing is the wifi. It is super slow. So don't even think of coming here and working. It's a shame though. Could easily have been one of the top places to sit and get some work done. Other than that the coffee drinks are reasonably priced. The taste is good. Good place for killing some time. Not everyday you wanna do all the hiking :p

Had an absolutely fantastic experience ordering food and drinks from here! The sandwiches are very good, and the meat inside is a generous amount!Hot chocolate and coffee are probably the best I've ever had!And the staff is super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! Will definitely be returning here next time I'm in Banff!

So impressed with this place and the person who was serving us! There’s a huge selection, especially considering the smaller size of the place. The staff member was incredibly quick and kind.An excellent alternative to Starbucks (and similar but fair pricing)!!! We’ll definitely go back.-excellent dirty chai-best carrot cake I’ve ever had

Went there by pure curiosity, but I was happily surprised but the food and service. Staff were super nice and brought my drink and food to my place. The ambiance was also very relaxing as there was nice background music. Finally, for the food, I really enjoyed their thaï soupe and wrap. Yes, the wrap was microwaved, but it was still super tasty. The coffee was real good. Would definitely go back.

We went to Banff national park in the first week of September. We stayed at Canmore which is about 50 miles from the lake Louise. We took a few hikes and the ones we enjoyed the most were the plain of six glaciers which was an absolutely unforgettable day hike from lake Louis to stunning glacier overlook deep in the Canadian Rockies. The second hike was at lake Agnes trail which was gorgeous, specially once you get to the tea house. The panoramic views from the top are astonishing. Looking forward to visit this place again.

Fast and friendly service, but super overpriced for what you get. The food is not fresh, and is microwaved at order time. Also, portion sizes are quite small. The coffee and hot chocolate here are freshly made and taste good. I'd come back for the drinks, but definitely wouldn't come back for food here.

Just ok. This place could use some more flare and menu development. It is just plain Jane grab and go.

Nice place for lunch. We enjoyed the sandwich (wrap) and soup combo. Coffee was good too. Reasonably priced. Very friendly and attentive service.
