Excellent customer service with a quick response. It was reasonably priced to fix a shattered iPhone screen, and it was done hastily. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Broke wifi antenna when fixing ipad glass. Ignores appointments and text messages. Terrible quality workmanship. Will not fix the problem he caused. Will not refund either. Has been reported to BBB. Avoid this place unless you want to risk your device and possibly wait months for its return.

I left my Xperia z3+ white to repair the screen ( the touchscreen didn’t work) 3 weeks ago I today I’m still waiting for a response. I called both phone numbers without succes. U don’t even return the calls poor service don’t let ur phone there take it somewhere else

Great customer service fair prices located downtown

Went there because I got a really good deal on a new screen. I was told that it would take two weeks. After 2 weeks I called since I haven't heard anything back (I needed the phone back asap). I was told that he quoted me the wrong price so he will need more money. I then said nevermind ill just take my phone back and he told me its too late that he already ordered the screen. I told him ill still pay him the amount we first agreed on for the screen but he started complaining that he wont be making any money because the screen was more the what we agreed upon. After arguing with him that I never told him to order the screen at a higher price and how he never confirmed with me if it was ok, he finally agreed to give me my phone back but claims he doesn't have the deposit money I left with him. After another few days of threatening him with a lawyer he finally gave me my money. It was such a headache. Save yourself the headache.

This is the worst place ever!!!!! The prices might be good but definitely not worth it. The owner is very rude & messed up my phone even more , the day I got it back there was blue stuff all over my screen and black spots. DO NOT GO HERE

Very bad customer service, the price went from $30 to $60 to $80 for a glass replacement. Could not reach him over the phone. Makes appointments and does not show up. Would not recommend

Brought my Iphone7 here to replace the screen. I'm kicking myself for not just forking out the $160 to have it replaced at Apple because even after spending $70, I still have to go replace the replacement they used with a new screen. Ever since I've turned it back on, there have been two dots that are constantly illuminated on the bottom corner of my screen and, rather then have sharp clear colour, I have a constant blue tinge as if I placed a cool tone filter over my screen. I have emailed and texted the company without a response. Thanks for the rip off guys! I'll be sure to spread the word. Don't waste your money by going to a third party, it isn't worth it.

I took my iPhone 6s to Mohamed on Tuesday June 5th he replaced my iPhone screen with a non apple screen for 70 bucks and wen my phone wouldn’t connect to iTunes cause it was disabled after it was repaired by him. I told him the reason why it won’t connect so I couldn’t disable it cause it was a non apple screen. I offered to bring in a iPhone so he can put it on for me cause I did pay him 70 bucks to fix the screen. He got upset starting saying it’s not his problem to repair my screen even tho the screen he gave me for 70 bucks doesn’t work with the iPhone. So if u go to him just be care he is looking to referral so just let people know to be care going to him To me it was a waste of money and he wasn’t to kind bout me telling him that the screen isn’t compatible and that needs him to help to fix it again just go to business that sells apple products .. if I could give less than star I would.. I thought this guy was a nice guy until i had to call him back* this a reply to the owner*You fixed my iPhone but u repaired it with a non apple glass so when i went to put my phone in iTunes to restore it I couldn’t cause it wasn’t apple certified screen and when I told you. You got upset and didn’t want to repair it with the extra real iPhone glass I offered to bring into you. That’s why I said not to go to him i basically wasted my money like the other guy who reviewed down below.
