Would give 0 stars if I could. I am currently writing this review at 3:45 am while we are now driving ourselves to the airport because our driver failed to pick us up. After numerous calls he finally picked up his phone unapologetic and said I can have someone in 10 minutes- which would have been the time we needed to be at the airport. Absolutely disgraceful service.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Almost 30 passengers didn’t get their baggages at kelowna airport. Still have no idea when and where I will get my bags.

I tried to hire this company. I emailed them, and called them a few times. All they did was ignore my emails and my calls. Will never deal with this company!
