Terrible service all sorts of excuses very expensive out extortion Service manager complete liar not concerned about time and cost to the customer. Don’t get your truck serviced here you will regret it

This Hino service department are amazing people, they listen to my problems, even on a day, that they were backed up on a short day, they still take me in, and also given me a discount and as usual my 3 years warranty on parts!! Now that's service you can count on! I'll recommend them to all my friends!! Good job guys!!

Relationship started off well. Polite and friendly. However, I took my truck in for a fairly big job and they took almost 6 days to do it. Communication with clients is about details. They are severely lacking in that department. On more than one occasion I was told the truck would be ready at a specific time and it wasnt ready. Was strung along until it was too late to get a rental and then after frantically trying to find a rental the following morning (and finding one) I stopped by their shop to take some items out of my truck in the morning and the truck was sitting there finished! I was livid. It was too late to return the rental and I lost significant money. Then there is the price. I was quoted one price and the bill ended up being over 800 dollars more than I was quoted. In the end, I was over charged, Under serviced and left short on cash and extremely upset and disappointed with my experience.

Service really bad at this place. Done all the repairs. ABS light comes on after 50 km of driving. After one day of certification they told me need new front brakes and rotors . Just simply ripping off customers . Do not go to this places.

Had a truck there twice this year 2 times for a total of 90 days. First time they replaced the main computer after 30 days and a total cost of $11000.00. 2 months later had the same issue and was told it need a new computer again and a wire harness that was on back order and they had no idea when they could get one. John quoted me $7000.00 and said that Hino Canada would cover the computer. About a month later and many calls about the wiring harness and them having no idea when it would be arriving I finally asked for the part number from John. I figured there would be one somewhere in North America and would get it some how. First call we made to another Hino dealer in Toronto they had it in stock. We picked it up and had it to Durham Hino in 2 hours. A week later we had our truck back but at $12000.00 not the $7000.00 I was quoted. Don't bring your truck here.

My dealings have been great. I will be back because they are friendly and prompt. They got important parts for me very quickly.+1 for JAMES, he's cool.

not good!!! Manager doesn't know how to explain what wrong with my trucks. He is not friendly and I see his attitude too much in his face. Work always done ok but I can't trust..not returning

They booked me in , very short notice so I was back on the road working. Manager and staff extremely friendly and polite. I never experienced such a good service at any other dealership or repair shop. Very knowledgeable Michanic. Even the manager him self looked at the truck and pointed out few issues and recommended fixing them. I'm definitely fixing my trucks here from now on. Outstanding service.
