Service here is extremely bad, always extremely long lineups oftentimes through the. The agents are not trained at all and they work extremely slow. A simple renewal will take 1 hour oftentimes. I was there for full 2 hours just to renew my license. The employees are always checking their phone or taking long washroom breaks.

I went to print out my father's driving school certification. I paid 12 $ for one paper. There was a line of ten persons ahead of me, but the staff were fast. It didn't take me ten minutes till all was done.

The lineup is bananas. The staff is competent, but the location is definitely under serviced. This place is insanely busy. Prepare for long lineups and get there at least an hour before close or there’s a good chance you won’t get in.

I came here with my client who is Special Needs. Whilst waiting in line, my client had an emergency and had to use the washroom ASAP, I quickly reacted by going to the front and notifying the lady who’s name is I believe Orianna. She turned me down and said to go to the asian food place beside Service Ontario, we checked and the whole plaza was closed. We went back to tell her and I told her it was an emergency and she said to walk across to Starbucks. She had no common sense at all and he ended up deficating on his underwear and at the trees beside the road where everyone saw. I will never come back here again.

Only 3 offices open on a Saturday in the general area. Online says that close at 1. But They close the doors due to high volume at 12:30. Even if you were in line your not get in. Maybe we shouldn’t have multiple families of seven go into transfer a vehicle over.

2-3 desks serve appointments or returned customers with missing documents only, best to come with appointment. One or two always not working as any other government organization & then one serving remaining customers makes the service super slow.

This location doesn’t renew your health card if you were on work permit before or currently. We waited for 2 hours in line and then they said need to go to different location. At least this should be mentioned online somewhere so that no one waste their time. Please government make sure you mentioned this details online also.The staff was nice specially the men who handle everything like queue management , service . But the lady who handle us was unprofessional. Also, specially for this lady who was there on Saturday , May27, 2023 from right side second desk, we know you work in government (this location is private) but try to learn some skills on how you can answer the people if you are not offering particular service. And please answer the question politely if someone is asking for clarification.

The are at least 3 people not working on their stations. Plus they keep entertaining random people outside queueOnly 2 counters working effectively.Arrived at 3:15pm been one hour and they have addressed only 5 people

Great customer service and staff. Very helpful. Always go usually in the morning and in and out within 5 to 10 minutes. This location is a must to visit. Never rude. More locations need to be like this.
