As a mortgage broker, my policy is to make things as easy on my clients possible. There are many pain points as a mortgage broker and one is trying to obtain the correct documentation from the clients who often are too busy or don’t have an accountant or just don’t keep the proper documents.This results in delays and frustrated lenders, cancelled deals and a poor client experience.
