SMP was quick to diagnose and efficiently fix my vehicle last month. They were friendly and kept me up to date with parts delivery and ETA of completion. We were very happy with the service we received.

Got my C8 when nobody else could….and since then, great service dept to deal with for oil and maintenance checks. A+

The team has been great for serving all my car's need. I was very happy with everyone. One very small thing that could have been mentioned was that my oil was very low on the dip stick reading. It was highlighted on my report so its all good. They fix another tire problem which really impressed me. Thanks.

I have dealt with SMP for 20 plus years. Always been treated good and never really an issue. I can say after the last 6 months of dealing with them, I am currently looking for a new dealership to deal with as the Sales is still great to deal with, but the service department has a lot of issues. I am hoping they fix the issues soon . I have been doubled billed not once, but twice in the same day on both my vehicles. I have paid for service only to show them before I left the lot they didn't perform what I paid for, they gave me the wrong paperwork for a different customer or refused to give me the health check paperwork for my service as I was told they no longer give that to customers and the list goes on. I am sad to give this review because they have a lot of good people there but my last 3 visits have been horrible and I can't recommend the service there, but if you are looking to buy, the sales people are all terrific.

I just picked up my new 2023 Corvette C8 from SMP last week. Steve Rivers in Sales was a true professional. He was patient and was very knowledgeable about the car and its features. I would work with him on another purchase without question.

Standard oil change and multi point inspection turned into my car not being done same day.I had asked if they offer car pick up service (my car being picked up at my workplace by the dealership and taken back for the oil change) I was told yes and it would be picked up between 9-10am, 1130am rolls around and car hasn’t been picked up yet. If car was picked up on time I would have had my car back same day. Was told they actually don’t offer this service so I was confused as to why I was told yes on 2 different occasions they could offer this service. They Offered me a shuttle from work to home and back to work in the morning, that seemed pointless. Seemed like communication was lacking within the service department. I was hoping SMP would be more convenient for oil changes but will be going back to the dealership the car was purchased from.

I fell you abused my generosity. The appointment was made for Thursday a 1.00. You did not get it finished, you phoned and said that you would finish the car in the morning. SURPRISE NO PHONE CALL. I phoned at 4.00, you phoned back at 4.30 to say it was done. My question is did you just do tire exchange, and try to bill me for a multi point inspection, I don't think so Seems to be a little crooked!

All interaction with staff has been excellent. Service is fast and efficient. Price is reasonable. I would highly recommend Stratford Motor Products.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.Bought an SUV from this company and right off the bat, it's been nothing but issues. Tires were bare. Endless issues with the sensors, power steering issues and non of which are covered under the very pricy extended warranty we opted for. Even trying to get someone on the phone for some answers is impossible.

Great experience as always....flat tire at last minute and within the hour out the door...
