Never asked me if I wanted help, workers didn't say a word to me until I brought my flip flops to the counter for me to purchase....in fact, first thing they said to me was the total that I owed

We all want to feel like we are getting something for our dollar, whether it be a great deal on an item or great customer service that you talk about later in your day. This place had neither. An older black woman and an older white woman didn't seem to have the problem solving skills to turn left at a red light and had no problem allowing customers to wait around while only one of them realized the water was rising. Look, stores like these all seem to sell the same brands and products, Van's, RVCA, Dickie's etc. Yet knowing this still doesn't seem to motivate this particular sales team to do their job in a fashion that makes a consumer want to spend money with them. The staff doesn't have the luxury of using youthful inexperience as an excuse. These were just 2 ladies that didn't care.Maybe it's my age or even my lack of patience, either way there is no need for me to spend money there when I can get the same items and still hope the idea of customer service exists in another store

Very cool store with great staff! My first time in the store, and everyone was so helpful and friendly. I bought some clothes made by 10 Trees, and was told when I register online - ten trees will be planted somewhere in the world for every article I bought. I'll definitely be back again, thanks guys!

Not bad but not great. I find the selection to be a little bit, meh. I wish they had more options for the brands they stock. Like Vans, I wish they had more options.... variety of hoodies and shirts and they are almost always out of larger sized. Almost never have XL and less than that, XXL.Get more options for the brands you carry and keep sizes in stock for people that are taller or not tiny and your stock goes way up in my books.This goes for all these types of stores. Better options, you already have distribution. AND GET SIZES THAT WORK FOR FULLY GROWN HUMANS, PLEEEEEEASE

The two staff working this evening were very friendly and helpful! The items I saw online unfortunately weren't available anymore but the store still had a nice full selection of clothes and the employees tried their best to track down what I was looking for.

Selling all Chinese stuff at high prices. Same items on the net Ar fraction of the cost.

Store is quite large and has a nice selection, but the customer service of one staff member turned me off. She cornered me behind a rack and asked what she could help me find back here" as if I were hiding or something. Her manner was way too aggressive. I ended up buying two things and the security sensors went off as I left so I turned around. She was giving me attitude like crazy until she realized her coworker had neglected to remove a security tag on my item. This was right after she had just chased down an actual shoplifter. Seems too preoccupied with being a mall cop than a good clothing store associate."

The store awesome and all I’ll rate it a 5 it a good store I like it tho and the people r very friendly and nice the name Scott lerat tho I’m new to the store still
