Poor experience, very slow/unsure with information&what to be done, I would not recommend

This moving company is the best out there, I have had a lot of delays in this move and Europack has been very understanding and helpful in getting the move going. If I ever need to move internationally again I’ll call Europack.Thanks again Nafissa and Jamie you guys were great.

Those people are thieves they will tell you the contener will arrive in 28 days one month, in fact it will arrive in 2 months. They will tell you after the $7200 you won't have to pay anything else that is also a lie. Do not fall in the same trap I felt (I repeat do not fall for their lies) After you pay all the money they asked for you to pay. Every single documents they gonna asked for more money I got video of them as prove.

I hired this company to move 46 boxes from BC Canada to La Paz Mexico. After 7 1/2 weeks I discovered my belongings were still sitting in a warehouse in Vancouver. Once the shipment had arrived at the Mexican border they informed me they had lost the essential paperwork provided by the Mexican Consulate. When the shipment finally arrived one box was missing. I have tried to get some form of compensation and contacted the president of the company. I have been completed ignored for weeks. If this is the type of service you are hoping for then Europack is the company for you. I personally have never dealt with an organization this poor.

Reliable international moving company. I used the company twice to move and return to Texas and both times the service was excellent, I highly recommend Europack!
