Dealt with Dana at the Peterborough location, very helpful and resourceful but not at all pushy!!! I will definitely be visiting this store to see her the next time I have a gift to purchase!

This place is great for gifts! The candles smell sooooo good, and the fact you get cute pieces of jewelry within it makes them so worthwhile. They always have great sales too!

This location was so amazing, they had great selection of sizes and scents, they had many displays of the jewellery inside which was helpful in choosing what products to go with. Will was also super amazing in helping us out.. this person helped my mom and I so much and made our whole experience!!. We only came into the mall to check it out and left with smiles on our faces from amazing customer service and products we loved:) Shoutout to Will:)!!!!

I liked that the staff were attentive and helpful. They were not up-sale pushy. I enjoy many of their products, and the jewellery comes in a large variety of styles ranging from dainty or basic to large and flashy. Nothing yet has tarnished or broke in a short time.

My wife is chirping at me about this review so I cant give a 1. She received a candle ring gift for christmas that was the wrong size. She tried to exchange it and they didn't check their inventory to see if they had the right size. The gift was bought as part of a but one get on 50% off and they stated she could only exchange for half the ticketed price value as hers must have been the half off. Ultimately, she didn't get what she asked for and ended up spending more just to get something she could use.The store gets a big fail when it comes to the customer experience. If purchasing gifts for loved ones be forewarned.
