Very happy with the work of Create Escapes! Chris was an excellent project manager and helped with design ideas in our difficult backyard space. He was happy to help us find the best plan for our budget. We are thrilled with the final deck and his suggestions, especially to deal with a challenging grade of the yard. The whole crew was very friendly and great to deal with. They cleaned up the driveway daily, which was much appreciated. The project was completed quickly (4 days) & without any interruption from their other projects. Would highly recommend this landscaping company!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! We are very pleased with Calgary Landscaping. We hired them to install artificial turf, paver edging, Flagstone patio, fence and gates, and rundlerock between houses. Chris was excellent to interact with. He is a good listener and communicator, very likeable person, honest, professional, reasonable and fair. He provided detailed quotes and did the job in the agreed upon timeframe. He worked on site with his crew overseeing the project. His crew were friendly, respectful,hard-working, and left our property immaculate. We are very pleased with the way our zero maintenance yard looks. Chris also went “above and beyond” by addressing and resolving the problem we were experiencing with the duplex “shared fence” that was the responsibility of our Builder. Chris worked closely with our neighbours and Builder to get everyone’s needs and concerns taken care of. We feel reassured knowing that Calgary Landscaping has been in business for 20 years and will be available in future to address any concerns.

After organizing a few estimates from other companies we knew right away we wanted Chris at Calgary Landscaping to work on our backyard. His demeanour and professionalism were different than the other people we spoke with and he is a pleasure to deal with. He took the time to listen to everything we wanted, gave us information and options and responded to all of our questions quickly. He also worked very hard to try to get some of the specific materials we requested. We had a new stone patio, a large wood pergola, some flagstone pathways, and new garden beds done. He has a respectful, hardworking and talented crew. They did an amazing job and only needed a few days. It was completed sooner than expected so we have the whole summer to enjoy their work. We could not be happier with Calgary Landscaping and would definitely recommend!

Create Escape was responsive from the very beginning and so easy to work with. Our vision went from wide to narrow and regardless of our changes Chris was responsive and keen to support our vision and budget. When the weather and pandemic delayed the start date someone kept us updated about the delays and made sure to keep contact with us. When the crew showed up they meant business. They worked so efficiently that the work was done well and didn’t drag on. They were polite, professional, and did excellent work. If you’re on the fence definitely call Chris. We are sure glad we did!

After interviewing a number of landscape companies we were fortunate to meet Chris Jensen from Calgary Landscaping. Chris was very attentive and patient with our landscape needs and made wonderful suggestions and he produced a professional landscape design that we loved! This review is long overdue, but we wanted to ensure everyone knows how much we loved working with Chris and his whole team last Aug/Sept. From our initial contact with Gina, we knew that customer service was just as important to them as it was to us. Good communication, punctual, friendly, and respectful. There was very little disruption to our every day lives as they worked on our backyard. We had our old deck ripped out, a new composite one built plus the addition of stone patio. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with and we would highly recommend their services.

Got a quote from Chris a couple years back. Starting with the fences for my new property. Lack of communication. Said he came by my house a few times but nobody was around, which is false as I have a doorbell camera and multiple surveillance cameras around my house. When I caught up with him outside, he told me he was done with this area and won't be back so he wasted 4 weeks of my time. He kept telling me of a bigger project, so here is what I learned, the summer is only so long. If bigger jobs keep coming in, you will be further be bumped down the list. They told me this after their employees used my property to access the one they were working on a couple houses down. Create Escape may not recognize my name, as he never got the quote formally in place, only dangled me along. Highly disappointed as the summer is short and he told me he was interested in working on my property, then left me high and dry. This was for the best as I went with another company who got the job done right away and for a very reasonable cost.

Chris and his fabulous team were excellent. Their workmanship exceeded our expectations. Calgary Landscaping is both quality and detail oriented; leaving no stone unturned to ensure that the job is very well done. Chris Jensen utilizes many years of experience to support the agreed to plan with design-based innovation; meaning, we ended up with something different which provided us with a unique value. Chris at Create Escape was awesome to work with right from the start. During the planning stages, he requested a copy of the real property report so he could accurately give an estimate of the patio size we wanted and know the area he was working within.His crew came and did the project quicker than expected. They were all polite, courteous and did a great job cleaning it up when they left.I would highly recommend Create Escape for any future landscaping products and I will be calling them again when we work on the next phase for our backyard

We are very pleased with the process and the result of hiring Calgary Landscaping this summer of 2022. Chris gave us a terrific initial design, and he willingly and quickly incorporated our further suggestions. He and his crew descended on our yard with military-like precision and completed the work in a timely and respectful fashion. We enjoyed having his crew in our yard.They removed a tired, old wooden deck, replacing it with a more expansive patio of stone pavers. They planted some beautiful shrubs and evergreen trees; cleaned up the side yard with a nice gravel-and-concrete path; built a long-needed gateand installed some lighting. We highly recommend Calgary Landscaping.
