Very very poor customer service at this location. Will not be returning to this store where they do not want your business. It should be embarrassing to Petro-Canada

I've never had a problem here...I didn't have change to get air for my tires and the clerk gave me enough...I was so impressed that I wrote about their gas station in the Edmonton Journal...cheers

They don't have public washrooms and they are a gas station.

Horrible service by a lady named Pinky. Her attitude is absolutely awful. I came in to tell her that the ultra 94 was not pumping into my gas tank and she said that it isn’t her problem and to call the petro canada hotline about it then proceeded to tell me to leave the premises. I will not be back. I have seen other reviews about her and still she hasn’t been fired, I hope the store owner finds out about her awful attitude.

Attender won't allow to use washroom even though I was a customer, rudest customer service ever......strongly suggest not goin to this gas station, not even for a cofee...!!!

Just your regular Petro-Canada gas station. It is very easy to drive in into this station on your way to Whyte avenue.

WOW! AWFUL AWFUL RUDE LACK OF DECENCY. Talk about nasty, miserable employees. Thursday April 21st evening closer. I was unaware you closed at 9:50pm MY BAD, but then to not even look at me while gesturing to shoo me away after I asked you a polite yes or no question??? GROSS. That was bad enough I won’t come back ever.

The station is easy enough to pull your car into, but the receipt dispensers are routinely out of paper. Prices are fairly comparable to most gas stations in the region, but I haven't seen the gas price here specifically be the best in comparison as of yet.

This review is for their service station and auto repair. Also, this situation happened about a year ago, but seems nothing has changed. Now I might not be the best mechanic, but I'm no idiot when it comes to domestic vehicles and how to handle customers. I had a cylinder misfire in a Dodge Nitro RT and could not figure out how the top manifold came off. I called Canadian Tire and got a quote for $200 but to confirm they would need to see the vehicle. I felt that was steep to just change spark plugs so I brought it to Bonnie Doon To try my luck. Sure enough I get a phone call not even an hour later saying it was going to be a total of $67, I even asked him to repeat himself because I couldn't believe how low it was. So they told me my SUV would be ready the next day. Sure enough it wasn't quite ready but I had no issue waiting. Apparently it was still running rough because of a bad fuel injector which I wasn't informed of till the final bill. You ready? My quote price of $67 jumped to over $700!!! Are you freaking kidding me? Where did I approve this? Where is this not a crime? I only had $100 on me so needless to say I couldn't pay the bill, had to call several people to see if I could borrow money and all of this was a misunderstanding" on MY part.... Don't ever go here

I believe the woman’s name is Evan, she went above and beyond to help me and another customer get coffee in the morning. Petro-Canada is lucky to have her,Thank you !
