As a contractor and customer of a decade, I have to say that this supplier gets worse and more unfriendly every time I go in here. The inventory is unsatisfactory, the service is downright awful. Everything I order that they say takes a week takes 2-3 weeks.Any other entrepreneurs out there, Richmond desperately needs another welding supplier.Use online mail order whenever possible. Is MUCH faster and cheaper.UPDATE: there are ALL new counter people. Happy ones who appear to be interested in doing their job. Maybe this is the turning point?

Kind of odd how nitrous oxide is sold here as something called Aligal 5 . For a regulated drug it seems to be free flowing from this place. Richmond RCMP need to check out the customers and their salesperson.
