Was doing an internet search for some speakers. This place came up and had exactly what I wanted at a great price. They had good reviews so I placed the order. It shipped quickly and arrived exactly as advertised.Their website stated that they offered an additional 5% for first orders, but It wouldn't accept the code when I was ordering. Since it was a small value it wasn't a deal beaker for me so I sent them a message regarding the issue and proceeded with the order anyway. 2 days later I received an email saying the value of the 5% had been refunded. Very honourable, I was impressed. I would definitely shop here again.

I was a bit skeptical of refurbished products but decided to give these guys a try. The monitor I got had red lines within hours of turning it on. I’m in the process of either getting a refund or trying my hand at another monitor. They have been understanding so far so I do appreciate that, even calling me back after-hours. The issue I have is intermittent so it may have been missed during testing, sometimes the lines are appearing other times not, so I can cut them slack here.I’ll update my review and rating if things work out as I could have just received a bad product, I really want to have a positive outcome at the end of this.Update: I ended up returning the monitor and these guys were great about it. I actually would entirely recommend Skadi as all of my interactions with them have been extremely positive. I decided to purchase the monitor as a new product rather than a refurbished one because I didn't trust the original manufacturer without an extended warranty. All of my attempts to reach the original manufacturer were unanswered and ultimately I wasn't comfortable buying a refurbished product, knowing that when my warranty with Skadi expired I would have to deal with them.

***Editing my response***After two months of having my receiver, no issues, works great and the price cannot be beat. It was upsetting getting my first receiver that was defective, and the slow response back, but it was replaced and the unit does look brand new. I would buy again from Skadi.Bought a Onkyo receiver to replace my 11 year old Pioneer receiver (still works great, so at least I have a receiver to use). I hook up the receiver and find out no sound coming out of the rear speakers. I get my RMA that stated once product is received another unit will be shipped out right away. Well two business days have passed since they received back the receiver and still no word when I will get the replacement receiver??? I was skeptical about buying refurbished stock and I have learnt my lesson. People, pay the extra $$$ and buy new. Who knows if I will ever get another receiver or even my money back?

Bought a refurbished ASUS gaming monitor from Skadi through amazon, found there was a single dead pixel in the center of the screen. Sent the monitor back as a return and they sent me a brand new replacement. Fantastic customer service.

Great first experience buying from Skadi online. I was hesitant to choose a refurbished monitor, but it's perfect... if it weren't for the sticker on the box saying ASUS factory refurbished, you'd have no idea. Got to my door in Montreal the day after shipping- I'll definitely be back hunting for deals in the future! Thanks!

Awesome experience. Bought a gaming monitor, factory refurbished. Everything was very well packaged and the monitor was flawless. Not to mention the amazing price. CS responded to my inquiry within 24 hours. Will definitely buy from them again.

Sold me a defective monitor, when I tried to post a negative review because of this I learned that their reviews are censored- only 4 or 5 star reviews are even allowed through on their website.Shady.Edit: I never saw the below comment they made until recently, but just so folks know- that never happened. They never made any such offer, and no attempts to contact me had ever been made.The negative review was also never posted, even to this day.

Ordered a week ago, have emailed; sent requests through the website. No response.Called - number is for a repair shop (could be associated?).Going to have to cancel my order.It is sitting unfulfilled.Caution on buying direct from the website.
