Gaucho Brazilian Barbecue
One of our favourite restaurants. We have to stop here whenever we get to Canmore. The staff are so sincere and friendly. And the food is amazing! Not just all of the meats, but the sides and drinks were fantastic. Our kids had never been before, and just loved everything they ate. And they ate everything! We highly recommend this place for a special evening out. Everyone had a great time!

This place was great. The food and the vibe" was in keeping with the reason why we were in Canmore on the weekend we ate here (a group of five). If no one has ever been to a Brazilian themed restaurant then give it a try as you will not be disappointed. This place may not be a good choice for vegetarians or vegans but there are lots of appropriate and very tasty salads and side dishes in addition to the meat that was on the menu and what was on the menu was very good and diversified. A special shout out to Alvaro our waiter. He was a very experienced waiter and it showed in every way."

Amazing experience I have never been to any other restaurants like this one.Chef's come around to your table and slice meat directly onto your plate parmesan crusted beef being my favorite but atleast 10 different things from beef to pork to chicken as well as grilled pineapple. You can also order as many sides as you like from the menu all for a set price per person.

Happened to go here because another place was not taking anymore people. Which I am soo thankful that happened because the food here was melt in your mouth amazing! I was a strong believer that pampas steak house was best but this place has beat pampas! It's 100/10 the best. Every meat was so delicious and tender. The spices weren't to over powering and it was eveningly distributed over the meat. Also to add the Veggie dishes were phenomenal too. Cannot wait to eventually come back here! The service was so great as well. It was just the best experience ever.

Love meet??Then this is it!!!Super friendly staff will explain to you what Brazilian BBQ is and how your experience works, you will be recommended traditional beverage and then the show starts!All super tasty types of meet are served to you right at your table by the chefs! All sides are included and choice is massive between warm dishes and a salads.Still, be reasonable as a doggie bag" is not a thing for obvious reasons.Mouth is watering writing this! My favourite was top sirloin and parmesan beef! I particularly wanted to stay away from alcohol before a long flight so I opted for mango fizz - so refreshing!For me and my partner the experience was perfect dot behind our stay in the town.Thank you! Would love to coma back! ❤️"

Outstanding customer service, delicious food and a wonderful atmosphere. When I saw Brazilian BBQ I knew we had to pop in and try it, and now all other restaurants are ruined for me, this was top notch!

This place lived up to my expectations! The meat was very tender and came out at a steady pace. Unlimited sides and salads were a great addition to all the meats. Our server, (Karolina, I believe) explained everything and was very diligent. 10/10

Great food and lots of variety for meat! Everything was very fresh and tasty and the menu had numerous options for salads, drinks, rice plates and so on. The service was also good but not great. We were there close to 2 hours before closing time but they pretty much took forever to bring each round of meat out and stopped serving before they were even closed. It's still worth the try and the vibes of the restaurant are great too.

From edmonton, we have a similar place, Gaucho destroys pam*paQuality and quantity, when I'm done work in canmore, I'll take the drive to feast here!!Great atmosphere and servers are 2nd to none
