Clear Medical Imaging

I brought my Dad here for hip and rib x-rays for after a fall today. The intake staff were great and accommodating due to his advanced Dementia. But the star of this story is Emily the XRay technician. She helped position him, was kind and comforting towards him as it was clear he was both uncomfortable and bewildered by the situation. She spoke in kind tones and her care for him as a person was amazing. She even stayed with him while I brought the car around to pick him up and helped me to get him into the car. Clear Management you have an exceptional employee in Emily and it's my sincere hope that you recognize that and her for her exceptional and innate talent of caring for patients (and their families).

Can not attest, as to the function of the facility. I called the generic phone number that schedules the appointments for each facility. I asked for the TMC facility and was given a date & time. At no time did they ask me for my telephone number. Naturally, the day of, I went for my ultrasound (with a full bladder) they tell me that they have been trying to get a hold of me. The last time I went to this type of facility, was 15 years ago. Everyone else has my phone number including my Family doctor. So, it was a colossal waste of time. So make sure you tell them your phone number, because they fail to verify.

Website and requisition form say they open at 7am for x-ray and ultrasound, 8am for everything else. Came in at 7 for an x-ray and the receptionist rudely told me “x-ray isn’t open, come back at 8”. Some of us have to work at 8am every day, and this place had an opportunity to set themselves apart by being open an hour earlier than everywhere else for people like me. Instead they chose to be mediocre, and to lie about their mediocrity in several places.I’m still blown away by just how awfully the receptionist treated me. Clear is the worst and has only gotten even worse since the merger. I miss CMR.

Rude and heartless! My son was in pain and there was enough time before closing ..the employee/lady kept laughing on us requesting to be seen and said we closed all the machines. Its not our problem they close machine’s because they want to rush home before closing time.Laughing and being rude on others misery is insane and inhumane. These people dont deserve to be in health field when they cant understand other’s pain. Clear imaging should investigate such employees

It’s my second day taking Tylenol. Because after the ultrasound, my chest is in pain (not discomfort, it was painful). My appointment was 8 am on Saturday. I arrived at 7:45 as the second patient in the place. Then I found out I needed the paper from my doctor, so I asked the front desk receptionist (who was very kind and professional) if I could run home and grab it as I was 7mins away. She said no problem. I was ready to reschedule if that’s not doable.When I came back at 8:02, first, I apologized and said I got everything now; while I was talking to the receptionist, the lady sitting at the back interrupted us and said, “you are SO late, just for future references, you have to been here 10mins before the appointment. (She also had her finger pointed at me). Later I knew she was the “professional” that will do the ultrasound.The experience went downhill from here. She walked so fast, almost jogging… led me to the changing room and spoke so fast that it was like hearing someone fast forward a movie. After following her to the room, she said, “I told you to have the back untied. I don’t like it tied!” At that point, I was extremely stressed out and uncomfortable. Then when she asked me questions, she asked once (super fast) and was unclear. Once I asked her if she could repeat, she turned around, paused and signed. Asked me again with such an attitude that you will see on social media … At that moment, I was not a patient, and I was a criminal?? Because it was an interrogation, not questioning.The crazy part is coming… when I needed to clean the gel, she threw the towel on me! Also, during the process, I didn't know how that happened, but it was painful! I left the place with a painful chest. I was initially going to do a mammogram, but my doctor suggested that the ultrasound not hurt, maybe just discomfort. So how come it was so painful?After the whole process, she said you can get up now. Then she cleaned the bed without saying anything else or even Looking at me. The entire process was rushed to its maximum. I felt like a product on a production line. When we need to do an ultrasound, we are already vulnerable, and I don't know why you need to make it worse.

I was greeted by a receptionist, Jamie, who was welcoming and friendly. I had an ultrasound appointment and was taken on time. This therapy was given to me by Sharon who is perfect for her job. She put me at ease.. I felt comfortable during the procedure and felt I was in good hands.

Excellent service. The place is clean and gorgeous.I came to have an ultrasound. I’m not good at drinking 5 glasses of water without going to the washroom but the receptionist was amazing. My appointment was on time. The technician was very professional and kind. Thank you!If I can give you more than 5 starts I’ll do it.

Reception was great.It was my first ultrasound with my first child. The woman who did my session was sick, and quite rude with me. You could tell she did not want to be there and it showed in her care. Obviously a very exciting day for me and my partner and I was really disappointed with how I was treated.And I called this number you replied with and never got a call back.

Hi, my mother had an ultrasound procedure to identify and drain a cyst. I’m concerned about the medical practices occurring at this clinic. According to my mother, an ultrasound technician performed incision and drainage (a surgical procedure!!), and an ultrasound technician also administered a prednisone shot. I’m curious as to how this is legal? Is this within an ultrasound technicians scope of practice? I’m a Registered Nurse and my husband is a soon to be MD. We are concerned about potentially unqualified medical professionals practicing outside of their scope of practice by performing a surgical procedure and medication administration, which to our knowledge is only legally allowed to be practiced by physicians and mid-level providers. Nurses administer medications, but not typically cortisone shots into joints!! This is very dangerous.

I had a guided imagery cortisone shot in my knee by Dr. Walter. I was comfortable bc I had gone to him last year for my other knee. The shot worked great last year and I expect it to work well again this time. I found the Dr. to be very friendly and professional as well as the office staff. Thank you!
