I wish I could give the pharmacy zero stars. They are SO rude and incompetent. They call when your prescription isn't ready, they don't call when it is, you'll sit on hold for over 20 minutes on the phone and when they do answer they are curt, dismissive, and hang up on you. They are always understaffed and they take it out on their customers. These people should not work in customer service and the pharmacist should absolutely not work in this industry. Save yourself the headache and take your business anywhere else.

Well located Shoppers, parking is never a problem. The parking lot is shared with numerous businesses, including Bulk Barn and Dollarama.There is a mailbox at the exterior of Shoppers, inside you will find a full service post office.Extensive dairy and refrigerated products are available. If you are a Coke or Pepsi product consumer, Shoppers is definitely the best bet for weekend deals on 6 packs.Self scan machines are available and there is always a cashier at the front to assist customers. You can have your blood pressure taken at the pharmacy located at the back of the store. Make sure you sign up for PC Optimum points program, Shoppers often have bonus points days, where you can quickly rack up points.Seniors save 20% on regular priced items every Thursday with a valid PC Optimum points card.

On Wednesday, April 12 I popped in with a prescription for compression stockings for my bloated foot and leg. I was told that a fitting would be needed and to return Saturday, April 15. So far so good. Today, on April 15 at 10:53 am, I return and the lady takes measurements of my ankle with a tape measure and I'm told compression stockings are not suitable for swollen feet, ankles, or legs - they will only dispense compression stockings for varicose veins. Why wasn't I told this April 12? Why make me return? And why waste her time and mine taking measurements only to deny my prescription? Before leaving, I explained to the pharmacist what had just happened, leaving her baffled. I was told to take my business elsewhere, specifically Valley Evergreen pharmacy where they have a certified fitter and not someone stocking the shelves with shampoo in her spare time.

I recently switched my Rxs to this store from Brookswood as it is right across from where I work so convenient for pick ups. Jay, the owner and pharmacist is very helpful and kind. They have my prescriptions ready quickly and I get excellent service. I've had good service and help from other pharmacists and staff as well at this location.

I love shopping at Shoppers Drug Mart when I can as their points rewards system is really great if you know how to use their app to your advantage to score extra points on purchases. I find all locations are pretty similar, and this is the closest store to me. Not sure if it’s still a Covid thing or not, but for some reason I do find that this particular location has been particularly low on “stock” items for the past year. The last 3 times I’ve needed a standard drugstore item, this location has been out of the item which results in another trip needing to be made elsewhere. Today their website said there were 5 of the item I needed in-stock, but when I drove there 5 mins later there were actually 0 in-stock.

I stopped by today to use the Canada Post outlet. The person working today was super helpful...amazing service. I will use this location for all of my Shoppers needs..Canada Post included. Bonus...plenty of parking!

Do not go here for the pharmacy. I have been going here for 10 years and the previous owner and pharmacist were great. Since the ownership change it's such a headache. They don't ever get your prescriptions right or on time. It's always a computer was down or we are too busy. Having to drive back because of their incompetence is extremely frustrating for something you are paying for. This is the third time in a row this has happened to me. So me and my family are going to use a different pharmacy going forward.

After years of using Shoppers pharmacy I'm changing. This location is cold and unhelpful. I called to refill my prescription that is needed every day. They were so rude and said to wait for a text and not to call back. They never even filled it. When I called this morning I was told it wasn't filled. This is something that can be life or death for me.

Nita at the post office has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at any store. She was super cheerful and very helpful in both post office and front counter till. I would come back and shop at this store just specifically to be treated so well by Nita! Thank you for a great experience.

I usually come here get my prescription. People in the past have been nice and helpful, but today I am giving this 0 start to the lady working alone in the Morning. I wanted to consult, I felt she was not so nice and helpful she tried to just quickly pass me by giving me only an ointment, where she could have suggested pills for allergies and reactions I went to the other shoppers they did that. All I want to say to this person people want to come here to consult they need help! They feel and can tell how helpful you are! Or willing to help! If you don’t like to help people please do work somewhere els I didn’t appreciate how un willingly you forced yourself to give me the ointment cream! And not suggested anything that I could take to help me with my allergies reaction.
