IDP IELTS Test Venue - International Language Institute

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with the IDP IELTS Centre in Halifax and feel compelled to share my frustration. On May 23, I booked my IELTS exam and promptly made the necessary payment. However, the very next day, I received an email stating that the exam had been canceled. The options presented were to reschedule for a month later or receive a full refund. Naturally, I opted for the refund.Since that time, it has been an arduous journey of following up with the center to secure my refund. Today's date is July 30, and I am still being told that their financial advisors are processing my application. I fail to comprehend why it takes over one month for a center to return money for an unforeseen circumstance that was completely out of my control.This unnecessary delay in refunding my payment is both baffling and frustrating. It feels as though they are intentionally holding my money hostage. The lack of transparency and disregard for customer satisfaction is truly astonishing. I am incredibly disappointed and disheartened by this entire process.Not only have they effectively stolen my money, but they have also cost me a significant amount of time and energy. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I strongly advise against anyone using this center for their IELTS exams.I hope that by sharing my experience, others will be spared from the frustration and inconvenience that I have endured. It is my sincere hope that the IDP IELTS Centre in Halifax takes this feedback seriously and takes immediate steps to rectify their flawed processes and provide better customer service.
