I love Castle Rock! I feel very confident ordering these products to support my children's math and science journeys. They are doing online school and these are a great resource to help them. We have used The Key and SNAP.

poor customer service! I ordered my book on June 28 and its's now the end of August. I just asked for my refund back. I would not recommend this place at all. They never give you any updates on your order. It's terrible and disappointing. I would rate them a zero

Their service is very bad, I have ordered 2 books and they just sent one book after one week, received it after 10 days.When I called them after 2 weeks to know what happened to the other book, the person told me it is out of and back ordered. Better, order from somewhere else if you want the book on time

I run my own private Math/Science teaching company, and I am astounded at the phenomenal customer service provided by Castle Rock. Of course their products are amazing - and I used them for years when I was a classroom teacher. They always answer my questions and I receive products promptly and quickly by mail! THANK YOU!

I ordered the keys on June 28, today is July 28th, over a month and summer pasted half, we haven't received the books! Strongly do NOT recommend order online, just go Chapter to buy or ask Chapter help to order.

I ordered the keys for my daughter on May 26 and had to struggle to get an update. It's July 7th and my daughter already started her summer school and we still don't know the status of our order. I will not go back to them and look for alternate options. I am giving them one star for their poor customer service.

I know that a lot of people have had bad experiences with the shipping times in the past.I placed two orders - one ten days ago and one eleven days ago. They both shipped with a tracking number via expedited parcel today.So if you place an order, expect to get it within about 2-3 weeks of the order date. I feel like they've improved their shipping times since some of the last reviews!Another thing to add is that these are excellent for studying for diploma exams. I'd 100% recommend the Key Study Guides. If you are an independent learner or mature student, you can use these study guides alone to challenge diploma exams and you'll do well. They're very thorough and the practice tests/diplomas are really helpful.

Scrambling to help improve my children's test scores, I came upon Castle Rock Research. My three kids have all used these books for test preparation and it has been an incredibly useful tool in helping them succeed. They do a fantastic job of helping students achieve results for diploma exams. The learning materials are easy to follow, with very well put together practice tests.

Lazy service, took 7 days to prepare for shipping and another 3 days to arrive from Edmonton into Calgary.

They bait you into buying more of their books by only including odd answers in the back of the book. Some of there equations they ask you to balance are already balanced (don't learn anything) Notes copied right from someones notebook, a few errors I found. Meant to confuse you instead of educate you. Trying to balance an equation in the book, which has been confusing me for the past couple days, turns out the answers in the back of the book are even wrong. They change the subscript in the answer which youre not aloud to do ever, and the equation they have isn't even balanced.*Update* finished chem, onto physics and their math 10c book. TONS of wrong answers in the first 3 lessons. question 15 on the final test of the past 3 units. Talk about confusion. They need to remind people on the basics concepts like multiplying fractions, simplifying, manipulating equations... lazy. They could of put all those concepts in about 2 pages.
