The worst customer service experience ever."In the summer of 2021

Had a leak in my tire (turns out it was a screw), they were able to take me in right away and fixed it quickly for a low fee and I was on my way. Glad I checked and didn't bother waiting the week and a half for the appointment i initially booked at the dealership (that I had to also cover other unrelated work) which would have cost me more than twice as much. Thanks Greulich!

Under new ownership. New owner Thom Schmidt is very knowledgeable and maintains a strong sense of urgency. I recommend anyone who has been here in the past goes back as this was a whole new experience. They went over and beyond to ensure my car was fixed properly and quickly. I bring both my personal cars and my fleet vehicles to greulich auto as my exclusive auto repair shop.

My check engine light started flashing as I was driving on the highway near Cambridge back to Toronto so I had to find the nearest shop to stop into to get an ignition coil replaced. The reception was very quick to take me in and they understood that I wasn't from the area so they took my car in right away. The mechanic kept me updated and replaced the parts as soon as they were ordered from the nearby dealership. He also told me what else needs to be fixed soon. Overall it was an excellent experience. Thank you!

I tried to use this business and sat outside for over an hour and a half waiting for them to see mine and my boyfriends car after being told it would be taken in at 2 for a quick look. It’s now over an hour and a half later and still sitting outside. Disgusting customer service

I woke up to find one of my tires deflated after the wind storm--unfortunately a roofing nail had punctured the tire. Greulich Auto Repair was understanding and was able to fit my appointment in to their busy schedule. The repair was quick and professional, and the team was friendly and accommodating. As a new resident in the area, this is exactly the type of auto repair shop I was looking for to take care of my future auto needs. Thanks for an excellent job and speedy service!UPDATE: I had a great experience with Greulich, so when I was having some brake issues, I went back (also thought I might need a tune-up). They were quick to diagnose the issue and also evaluated my need for a tune-up (I don't drive my truck very often, particularly in summer months). I was pleased to hear that after a visual inspection a tune-up wasn't needed.They gave me options for how to fix the issue cost-effectively, completed the work quickly, and the service staff and technician were patient, knowledgeable, and friendly.
