Comfortable rooms and common areas, good ice in main arena. An older rink with more recent upgrades. Small rink is the rink that time forgot.

Our kids play hockey here and we really enjoy the community spirit that goes hand in hand with Canadian Hockey. Great selection of coaches and a really good proactive aproach is in place to ensure that what happens on the ice doesn't transpire to the bleachers.

Renovations looking good....my thoughts would have been to build new...in confederation heights...near stokes seeds ..with 13 plus acres available...federal and provincial funding available....highway traffic for a big box store and some commercial plazza space...put new arenas there with other sports activities baseball and soccer...gym...ect perfect location for population growth...ideal development site.... city of thorold want to do their own thing god bless them

Great arena great staff and volunteers , good heaters, only thing they need is a new sound system... it SUCKS all muffled you can’t make out what they are saying ... other than that GO JR. B THOROLD BLACKHAWKS GO!

Ice was in poor condition. Weird that it was a Tim Horton's Holiday Family Skate, they wouldn't allow skate aids for the little ones. I understand it's public skating, but no aids for a Family skate. So it's a Tim Horton's Holiday Family Skate for only families that can skate I guess. Not much of a family skate when you either have to leave one of your kids at home or carry them the whole time.

The new arena is quite nice. Warm. Nice layout. Spacious seating. The original arena is nice but unheated, and no seating. There's plenty of parking but it can get filled quickly when there is a tournament.Overall a very nice arena complex in a very nice city with plenty of interesting stuff around.

The new arena looks nice, but the older arena where we were is cold with little seating. The seating that is there is not adequate for even smaller league games. The dressing rooms had no soap or water in the taps. I'm sure the newer area is great, but that was not our experience. The canteen was nice though, got popcorn for the kids always a hit.
