Our experience with Urban Options was excellent. Not only was our Variance Application successful through two hearings, but also it was a pleasure dealing with Birte. She is very knowledgeable, experienced and professional. She kept us informed every step of the way, providing us with direction, clarity and confidence. We've had a great experience with Urban Options . Our Carriage House status was passed as well as our Variance Application that was successful . Birte made it so smooth and easy. She always kept us in the loop as to what the next steps were and gave us the option to attend the City Council meetings that were scheduled. She is very knowledgeable, experienced and professional. There was no stress in the process whereas I had attempted the process on my own and was completely stressed out! All I can say is THANK YOU!!! We highly recommend Urban Options and Birte!

Working with Birte was a an absolute pleasure. Birte is proficient and has great knowledge on the planning issue one may face in working through applications for development. We didn't have to meet many times, which was great with my busy schedule, but we had fantastic communication via email and phone calls (which she is very good about responding to in a timely manor). With Birte's assistance my application went as well as any I have experienced. I would most certainly use her services again and would highly recommend her. PS Birte's fees are very reasonable.

Birte is extremely knowledgeable in helping us in drafting and submitting our house plan to the City of Kelowna for development of a carriage house. She is responsive and very helpful in answering all our questions. We would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to submit any development permit to the City to avoid any delay.
