I asked to get my 2008 Jeep liberty looked at they said they could not even look at it until Friday. Meanwhile a review from two days ago claims they got looked at it right away and the car was fixed right away yet I can’t even get an assessment on my vehicle.A person named Dylan accused me of being someone else and saying I’m trying to start a fight on the phone and hung up on me. Worst customer service I’ve ever had in my whole life avoid avoid avoid this placeMy name is Andre, I never used profanity I have the recorded call if you like to hear it. Still confusing me with someone else

I have used this company several times. Dylan is fantastic and has always done a great job with very good pricing. They have fit me in when completely booked and still made time to get the job done. My colleague and I stopped here yesterday in a company car on our way from Kingston to Toronto and then Hamilton. One of our tires was leaking air and we pulled into a gas station off of the 401 in Port Hope. After getting some directions into town we found Sharp’s, hoping someone could help us even though it was almost 5:00pm. Despite the fact that they were closing up, the staff from Sharp’s welcomed us, took us in immediately, and patched the tire on our car. The price was amazing, service was exceptional, and what could have turned into an awful situation ended up being a pleasant and short detour. If I lived closer, I would bring my my own car here for servicing.Thanks again to the kind staff who stayed late to help us out!

We've had our Saab and Volvo serviced here and each time has been an exceptional experience. In one case they found and fixed an electrical issue where other shops sent me to the dealer. In another they were able to repair an exhaust leak rather than replacing the whole unit, saving hundreds of dollars. Very happy with the service.

I’ve used Sharpe’s first for muffler repair, great job and pricing. They also worked my bearings and helped me with Tires. Their follow up help was great when their appeared to be some minor issues still with the car.
