Walked in. Not even a hello.Gave guy at front desk my paper work as I was picking something up. He didn’t even acknowledge me. He entered my order into the computer and went to retrieve it.I have worked in customer service for years and first thing I did when a customer walked in was say “hello”. If it was not for your customers, you would not have a job.

It is good to be a knowledgeable consumer here. Great range of hand tools, paint, flooring, lumber and specialty woods, plywoods and a custom cut shop. Also BM paint and window coverings. Much more too. Helpful and knowledgeable staff as well.

I just needed sheet metal screws but they out beat everyone else's prices. I haven't used them but I'll let you know. Because it does matter some have a nice sharp pointed end that sink nice.

Helped out with an 'emergency' order as we had contractors (paid by the hour) waiting for a single 6x6x12 that a big Box store couldn't deliver quality products despite four attempts. Windsor plywood helped out when the 11th hour was here. They just gained my loyalty.

Stopped in to get some nice straight 2x4s to frame a cement pad with but they won’t let you pick the boards. I was told whatever they bring you is what you get! Pretty bad service!! So much for being a so called premium lumber store!

Staff was very helpful with what I needed. Helped me explain how to finish the wood countertop I was purchasing. Ended up costing just a bit more and the countertop is solid wood instead of veneer from Ikea.

I have visited this store a number of times. There's almost always someone at the Customer Service desk near the entrance who can answer questions and help locate items I'm looking for.On a recent visit, a friendly associate named Darryl helped my husband and I find all the wood we needed for a project (in the store and yard). He also cut it, rang up our purchase at the till and even helped load everything into our vehicle!We find the prices here reasonable and we appreciate the great service - highly recommend.

Great place for unique specialty products. Very reasonably priced for products that you cant find at a regular hardware store. Service is very much peraonal. They make you feel at home.
