Bought a truck from Northshore Subaru a few days ago. Happy with the vehicle but was only able to haggle down the price because they forgot an old sticker on the windshield that was $1000 less. Asked about finance options and they told me I was getting a great deal but realistically I was paying them an extra $10,000 to borrow 7,900. Car salesman told me he was gonna give me a ride to pick up my car the next day and then ghosted me. First time for me at a dealership and felt very taken advantage of/they just wanted my money. Not impressed with the service

Just took delivery of my 2nd Subaru Lease!After looking at and driving a few different options in a small suv, it was the Forester Limited for the win!Freddy took care of me and my family on our 1st Subaru Impreza Sport Tech w/eyesight 2 years ago and nothing but great service from him and the Jim Pattison team here.Freddy has re-earned our business by doing all the right things as a great salesman! I recently purchased a car from this dealership and had a great experience overall. Vanessa Charade and Alan Alizadeh, were knowledgeable and helpful in answering all my questions, and they made the buying process smooth and easy.However, there was not much of a broad selection of vehicles to choose from!Overall, I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new Subaru.

Quite possibly the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Used them to buyout the Subaru I had been leasing and it was a nightmare. If you are thinking of buying a Subaru; go elsewhere. This dealership does not care about people, they only care about the $$$ they can make off them.

Absolute worst experience with the absolute worst rep I've encountered anywhere...Freddie. I asked about a vehicle and was ready to buy. I asked him to break down the price and he mentioned a $895 fee that was extra from the normal freight, PDI. doc fee and taxes. I asked him about it and he said it was a vehicle protection package that was mandatory. First of all there is no such mandatory fee but get this, he then says to me The car's going to be close to $40k

Had a cringe filled experience with a rep at this Subaru dealership. There's something about these auto malls that make the sales reps very arrogant. Maybe it's that customers just keep rolling through. I would recommend going to any standalone dealership over anything in these centers.
