This one is definitely a hit and miss in every aspect. Sometimes you get your food within 5-10 mins, sometimes 15-20. All depends what time you go. Quality of food has been alright. Haven’t had an experience where the chicken looks uncooked like another review on here. Sometimes you get your whole order, sometimes you get some of it. Always see the same 3 employees when I go.Soda machine has been ‘broken’ for some time now and they want to upsell a bottled beverage.End of the day I see the same three employees every time I go so as far as the possibility of staffing issues, respect to these people for hustling. Not all of them can be perfect.

I remember this place was decent a year ago and I actually had left a nice review back then. But recently its service and quality has gone down. In the last one month alone I've had 4 bad experiences.Twice it happened that I went around 7:15 pm and they told me they are closed, even though the official closing time is 8 pm. They served me only upon insisting. Both times they did not give me the biscuit which was included in the meal. I was cautious the second time and when i asked they said oh you want the biscuit also, we didn't have it ready so we gave you extra fries. I should have been informed about this upfront. This is clearly intentional cheating.And on two other instances, I received incomplete order. Once i was able to go back and they remembered. The second time it was closed when I went back and had to go the next day to tell them. On both occasions however the staff was apologetic. I'm sure this was not intentional but given that this consistently happens with multiple staff members, reflects very poorly on popeyes. At the very least, the staff should be given some trainings to check the order in the end.I am going to be extremely cautious from now on and check my order there.

We ordered chicken, onion rings, fries. It was terrible. I'm not recommend this restaurant. We went to toilet after meal for pain of stomach .

Very bad experience, their fried chicken has a stink, their fried chicken has gone bad and they are sold to customers, this is a very bad service, it was immediately reflected to the clerk at that time, sold many servings today refusing to accept the meat spoilage feedback, I hope this situation can be strictly investigated

Popeyes was great once upon a time. Unfortunately, it doesn’t measure up anymore. This location in particular left quite a bad taste in my mouth. Came here on a Tuesday and got the special. $5 for 2 pieces. Seemed like a good deal until I saw the chicken pieces had shrunk from the decent size they used to be. See photo for size comparison with my hand. Granted my hands aren’t small but these pieces weren’t big either. First time I ever got dark meat that was actually dry.Got a pop and another first, the pop was flat! They said they were getting complaints about that and needed a technician to look at the machine yet they still kept selling the flat pop. Never ordering here ever again

We visited at Popeyes during lunch hour to order for 5 people . I love the service by front girl Ranjana as she was very polite and nice to all customers. She knows how to deal with rude customers and chicken was really goodLove that place

Do not order online they will Charge your card and give you a pick up time when its not open forcing you to wait for a customer service agent to tell you that they will return your money but it may take days. It didn't take days to take my money for an order they couldn't possibly fill and still after days I have to go through the same procedure to finally get no real satisfaction but at least my money back for 1 of the 2 orders they screwed up.. I love Popeyes chicken but this location should be closed or re staffed and there online issues delt with. When there companys online order system is flawed i should not be told I have to call customer service to get help and spend an hour of my time to do so more than once.

Having given this location and the one on Young near gerard three visits they both fail miserably. I enjoy Popyes very much at home in ottawa but I now feel these two Toronto stores are very possibly serving substandard chicken. In both they overcooked it to mask the substandard product - Hard dark brown outside, dried out brown - black inside.I have alerted head office.

First time trying a Popeyes. This location was decent, service was quick and friendly. Chicken strips were okay but ordered spicy and it was not spicy at all. Dipping sauce was also not spicy despite being told by staff that it is.Meal came with a biscuit, which was a great change and surprisingly tasty for a fast food restaurant. Well done.
