These ppl do not know how to treat customers since covid 19 hit. If a customer has skin allergys or and has major skin irritation and they cannot use hand sanitizer they should not be refused access to the store. Refused access to a manager. Which I don't believe for a second was not available. And my mother and I were yelled at and told to leave immediately because we couldn't use their hand sanitizer. Store policy! It sounds like these woman are paranoid and scared. They should not be working if they're this scared. Mistreating customers like this is extremely rude. U will lose all your customers if u keep treating paying customers like this! Shame on you!

It was my first experience yesterday with Laura and Victoria ,Sales consultant, was the Best! She definitely helped me and thanks so much Victoria.

I love their beautiful classic clothes that fit me properly. Staff at Schoolhouse store are excellent. Friendly, kind, considerate and helpful when I needed it, they let me (my request) browse the store which always ends up me buying something! Great at returns from ordering online, which I end up spending in store anyway!

My first experience at Laura, was the best! Unfortunately I’ve neverseen any advertisements to draw me their, when shopping at footsolutions I decided to pop in.Well first of all I was greeted by 2 professional ladies Fay & Lisa, it wassuch a nice feeling to be helped, another words most shops especiallyThe Bay if you can find a clerk, they tell you this is what we have spreading her arms in the air.You could never ever say size 10 please, no a person has to redressgo back out on the floor and find the item your self, staff is very youngand inexperienced unable to communicate in English very good.And sincerely they couldn’t care a less if you chose to shop or leave.Laura is truly a different concept, the staff that work their care!Honest opinions when asked “what do you think” not the phoneyanswers you get from other shops, “awesome” again your dealing witha lot younger staff in other stores, unprofessional.I can’t say enough about Fay & Lisa. You must try this branch ofLaura’s.

Sometimes I find coats or pants I like. Prices a little high for the quality. Blouses are a little too flouncy. Love that you can always find lots of colours here. Ladies that work there are always nice.Their advertising confuses me though, they picture young women in the clothing, but anytime I have ever been in a store there has never a person under 55. Us old broads can look great in a picture too you know!!! Let's make it more realistic to who your target market really is.

The manager needs to take a customer service course or Replace Her!Very Rude to my wife and I.and Zero stars.

Best selection of clothing and wonderful staff.

Had to give my email address because I ordered a jacket. Ever since then I receive about 30 emails a week. I have called them, blocked them, reported them and still receive 30 emails a week. They have hundreds of email addresses so you cant stop it. I never gave them permission to email me and fell harassed. They also text me once a day, I have blocked them nothing helps. I would not shop here again and if you do, do not give them your phone number or email address for any reason. This should be illegal. I have never had a clothing store do this its insane.

Staff very helpful, a bit pushy.However 4 emails a day is too many. A person does not need4 a day.

Always get the best stuff from them and they guys are extremely helpful, never had any issues with them. Keep up the good work guys. This store is near to my place and I Love to shop Laura ♥️
