Walmart Supercentre

Stalked by an employee, 5'10 black hair full body plain face. The woman in plain clothes she followed us through every isle. When confronted she told us its no big deal. Bad enough you have to pay a deposit for a cart. As a paying customer I've never been so insulted. I will not return as I take pride in my integrity.

very poorly ran store. There was two cashiers working. that’s right two. the line ups were 6 people deep. they then added two more cashiers for a total of 4 but still couldn’t handle the volume of customers. management should be ashamed. second problem i noticed today was people stacking shelves twice wouldn’t move to get product off shelves twice and twice they actually bumped my cart with there carts weird. (like i was in there way). i hope head office mystery shops this store cause not sure this store could pass anything. i don’t expect 5 star service from walmart but it shouldn’t take 25 min to cash out. ridiculous.

Never much problem with stock. Some staff are more helpful than others, like any business. Some of the people from the area are a little rough around the edges and sometimes you get free entertainment while shopping.

Terrible customer service, being 39 weeks pregnant I used the online shopping service. When I arrived to Walmart the phone service was down aswell as the app. I called the Customer service for the Walmart store the lady who answered just continued to say they are working on it, not listening to what we have to say. That we couldn't get through to any of the oblien food services to let them know we are here to pick up. It took my husband going into Walmart and requesting a manager to speak with to get things moved along.Not only did we have to wait 40 minutes for our grocery order there was 3 other customers waiting aswell and left helpless. While speaking to someone we were able to find out thst if you see someone that is dropping off groceries those employees are able to check you in and let the store know you are here to pick up your items.This is completely unacceptable if you have a online service you should be prepared to handle the orders that are coming in.We will not be returning to this location to instore shop or online order anymore.

Horrible management service. Would not price correct an item that had 20 on the shelf with a sale price. It was merchandise wrong however it is supposed to be honoured and they did not. Not only does Walmart want us to spend more money of groceries. Do their cashier jobs. They also won’t allow for a price override for a legit reason. Absolutely ridiculous.

As I was leaving this location and I about to load my scooter in the car a lovely individual named Conner offered to assist me with loading my Scooter in the car. Conner had wonderful customer service!! Absolutely amazing that there is still people in the world like Conner assisting those in need. Thank you so much for your help Conner!!!Also to add Kathryn was very helpful on how to navigate the survey. Great customer service from Kathryn.I was hoping if I did the survey I could leave a good review for both Team Members. That’s the only reason I did the survey but you actually can’t leave a customer review after the survey. Walmart dropped the ball on that one!

came here to buy eyelash glue and when i got home and opened the box it was empty. customer service did not care. it is very clear that the reason they do not care is because at the end of the day they lost money when someone stole from them, and gained it back when i bought the empty box. don’t come here. all staff is very rude and unprofessional. even the manager TANYA was useless. take an extra 10-15 min out of your day and drive to the other location.

Tried to set 3 grocery pickups, each time, I went all the way through checkout. I booked my time.When I check my order history it was canceled. I recieved no email, no text.I rebooked.Canceled.I tried s different CC (even though mine was fine).Booked again.Canceled.Terrible service, terrible location.Never going here

This walmart is poorly run and the customer service experience is terrible and only gotten worse. First upon entering the store there wasn't a single cart at the enterance for me and others to use so we had to go all the way back into the parking lot and grab a cart from obviously overflowing a neglected cart racks. This wasn't the first time I've been there and had to do this it happens about 50% of the time.While shopping if you need assistance good luck finding someone to help you. It seems most of their Staff inside the store now are there picking orders and are too busy and focused on that to help customers.The cash registers are ALWAYS understaffed with 1 or maybe 2 open at best with long lines and wait times. So they are trying to funnel people to work for free at self checkout.Now as of recent they have people there checking your bag and receipts of people leaving to make sure they didn't steal anything from self checkout. This makes tye process very slow of leaving because now you have a bottleneck at the exit with 1 or 2 person checking receipts from 12+ self checkouts.If they don't trust people and think erre all stealing why not staff more cash registers so we can get service there and don't feel like we're being thought off as thieves for trying to use the only cashout method that doesn't take 30 minutes to get out the store.I now try to go other places before here and only go here as a last resort.
