There are better places to go. If you suggest to the owner there are areas for improvement, she will tell you to go elsewhere rather than be open to honest feedback. The estheticians vary greatly in their skill and customer service is lacking at a variety of levels. They do use some quality products but none are exclusive to this spa. If you enjoy your massage accompanied by pounding aerobic music and a screaming trainer from the neighbouring business..this may be the place for you. Otherwise, I would recommend going to a spa that makes you feel welcome and takes the time to show concern for your well being.

Today was my first time at Spa Chappelle.Although it didn't start off on the right note.....I will say this. These young ladies admitted to their mistake, treated me with respect and dignity, and made it right. I ended my experience on a very positive note, received stellar service and killer eyebrows. Received a promo email and it said to call and book. Online there were appointments available but the receptionist said their online system isn’t correct. So either the promos aren’t being honored or their system doesn’t work. Found it all a bit strange.Update: the spa did take the time to phone me back and explain a miscommunication.

The staff are are professional and provide the right recommendations to continue my regime between visits. The products are top quality and luxurious and top line treatment equipment. I particularly enjoy Spa Chappelle's exclusive Sweet Skin Tea and Detox Tea" that I try to make sure I never run out of. I had a great experience when I visited Spa Chappelle. The workers were very welcoming and kind. I felt so relaxed and pampered. I received a very well done manicure that looked stunning once it was done. Wonderful place to visit if you are looking for great service and a relaxing time. :)
